This campground is considered a "party campground" by local residents. We went with 2 other families and unfortunately picked "Poker Run - Harley Motorbikes" weekend. Not many campgrounds in the area have weekend openings so we went anyway. Despite some obvious problems (loud bar & a band playing till midnight) we had a good time. The pool was clean (someone told us the state just made them clean it- that makes me wonder). The bathrooms were fair - older - only 1 house and they were a bit grimy but usable. The playground was older but my kids still had fun. The Black river was awesome and kept all the children occupied the whole day. We fished but didn't catch anything, we swam, and built many sand creations. I would go again to give this place another chance. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
