This campground is very small and right next to a fairly busy road that ends at Lake Superior. We stayed here because the campground that we had reservations at (Loon Lagoon Campground) was uninviting. The owners are just starting up this campground and are very friendly and helpful. No showers, or restrooms, except for the bathrooms in the bar on the grounds. We wouldn't stay here again, simply for the fact that it's right on a fairly busy road. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

An RVer walks into a bar and says I want to book a site. Okay, the bar is the office for the park but it's friendly, The park is clean, very generous pull throughs, wonderful for dogs. This is a great spot for an overnight passing through Route 2. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Very convenient, right off US2, about halfway between Ashland WI and Ironwood MI. People very friendly. Sites are grassy, level. Roads are gravel. Only reason for a 7 is that the sites are narrow. Sitting outside our rig, I could hear the people in the rig next to use opening/closing their drawers. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Nice park for an overnight stay. Bar very convenient if you like a wind down drink after driving. Sites grass and gravel. Our assigned site was very uneven so I just pulled into the one next to it and told them I had moved. They had no problem with that. If you pull in and are ready for fuel, fill up as you get $2.00 off the nightly rate. I paid for water and electric, no sewer. Very convenient to Hwy 2. I would stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Well My family and I are regulars since we live in Bessemer. We know the seasonals down here. If you like to go to bed early, DO NOT COME HERE!! There is a lot of partying here but it will be quiet by 11PM. The rate is a little expensive for what you get. 5 spots are walk-in spots and another 5 are tent spots along the lake so that doesn't leave many spots for trailers. If you are traveling I suggest you go to the driftwood where you can get a spot. There are no reservations. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
