Golden Age rate. This is a National Forest campground in Bridger-Teton National Forest. Very large campground on beautiful pristine, glacial Lake Fremont which is 9 miles long. Some sites with lake view and a few sites at lakeside. Lots of privacy. Fishing, boat ramp and sandy beach in campground. No hookups or dump station but there are pit toilets and water throughout park. 7 miles from Pinedale with all services and the Museum of the Mountain Man. Saw many antelope in area. Our site was very large with a great view of the lake and snow-capped mountains. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Not much changed since last person's review. The location in town is good, and it was quiet enough, but the many semi-permanent residents were not friendly, and spaces are very cramped. The showers are old and small, but clean. Our electric site was without electric, and the first site we were given was actually already taken. The laundry was horrible; 3 washers at $1 per load, but the dryer was $1.25 for 15 minutes. We only stayed minimal time. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Could go into a lengthy explanation of my experience. But, will only say that you should look very closely before you commmit. It is in an industrial area. Beer bottles were laying around the office on May 10th. Workers on an adjoining project are living on site in what appear to be permanent and very old trailers. I was directed to a "full hookup site" which had no sewer and no water. Owner stated that the "season" had not started. Large "dry/tent" area that I was told would be $18.00 per night. An employee and a lady who said she was "left in charge" were very nice. We camped here in a Motorhome.
