This appears to be an older RV park which at one time was probably worth a visit as it has fairly complete facilities which are now showing their age with a great deal of deferred maintenance. Has a restaurant (closed for business) a small bar, pools, hot tub, tennis courts (in disrepair) laundry facilities (which are outdoors but covered) and more. NO WiFi and limited basic cable TV. RV'ers with satellite may find the wealth of large old trees an issue if your dish is fixed. There are also a good many permanent residents in older RV's. According to at least one board member, they have a problem with rent collection. Anyone who takes pride in the looks of their RV and tries to keep it clean and shiny is advised to avoid this park or at least make sure you leave before leaf blowing day. The sites here are not paved and accordingly there is a thick coating of loose dirt and dust everywhere, so when the leaves get blown it rises into a dust storm like the Midwest dust bowl era. Settling on cars, trucks and RV's alike and the management could not care less.
Only reason this isn't a 10 is gravel sites, but they are very good gravel sites. This is a resort like park at very reasonable rates. Very friendly management. I used a pull through as I arrived in pouring down rain and didn't want to unhook in the rain, the back in sites are less.
Beware the road into this park. If you have anything more than a smaller RV, DO NOT take the route that takes you on I-84 to exit 22. This has a steep 10% grade and is windy with tight blind corners. It closed when there is ice; nothing can go up it. Instead go through Troutdale on Crown Point Highway. Bring your waders if it is raining. My space had 4" inches of standing water when it rained. This I would describe as a beautiful scenic old rustic park. Has what you need but no cable. I got enough over the air stations to keep me occupied. They take Passport America
Sites as noted in other reviews are gravel and could stand improvement. Excellent manager who put my laundry in a dryer for me. Friendly staff offered any assistance if I needed it. Wi-Fi could be better. All in all a very nice park. Easy freeway access but far enough away couldn't hear it. I'd stay again.
This park has potential; unfortunately it has not reached it yet. If I had been paying full tilt for the site I would have been less satisfied. My idea of a great park is flat paved sites, paved roads and hot showers. This park has gravel sites and NO SHOWERS. Wi-Fi was not fast and the antenna is placed incorrectly for this park: a not uncommon problem in RV Parks. Also they have a very complicated pricing structure and it's doubtful you'll know what a site will cost you until they tell you. Apparently you start out with a basic back in site with minimal hookups and then add for cable TV, Wi-Fi, etc. Also, one might question if they are an RV park or what, from the park models they have erected. All in all not a bad park at all.
