Rally rate was $28.00. The park very clean, grass cut and all staff very friendly. There are many winter Texans parked here. Nice pool facilities, huge rally hall and boardwalk over dunes to beach, which was wonderful. Easy drive into town for shopping (1 grocery) and selections of restaurants and across ferry to Aransas Pass. Ferries will carry rv's with tow cars and will ask for weight of rv. I suggest not trying to use ferry in peak traffic.

The location is close to many restaurants, stores, and shopping. Very friendly check in staff and grounds maintenance staff - they get 5 stars. Sites have large trees,so you might need to maneuver for satellite TV. Many full time residents, and park was full the night before we arrived, so I was glad I had made reservations in advance. There are 2 dog parks, plus play ground area. We have stayed there many times as the RV park is close to family. Price paid reflect military discount.

Noise from trains, freeway, heavy commercial concrete construction next door, dust from gravel, unkept deferred maintenance, dog waste everywhere, the list goes on. Would not stay here again. Only part of pads are concrete; most are large chunk gravel; would be dusty in summer. Fire ants everywhere. Many full time 5th wheels and parked towables. Small rec hall. Some sites had cable disconnected. We did not need cable but observed this. If you want close to discount malls, then this is just up I-35.

The rate cited is the rally rate. Great staff and very friendly. Rally area is not treed and has gravel drive and pads, dusty and lots of sticker burrs. Rustic like a ranch should be. Rally hall is 5star. We left the motorhome here for 10 days between rallies and felt very safe doing so. Walk down the road to the Medina River; see the deer walking all over the property and the two huge longhorn steers. Close to town and there is lots to do there. We will definitely stay here again.

RV rate is Rally rate. We spent 7 nights here. It is a first class 5 star resort. Everyone is very friendly and the grounds are immaculate with gravel parking spaces, concrete streets and some trees. We used our own Wi-Fi Hot spot so do not know strength of Wi-Fi signal. There are 2 large very clean dog parks and nice rally buildings. The resort location is out from town, but very near Steiner Ranch, Lakeway, shopping and restaurants and short drive to HEB, and other stores. We would come again. There is a dry spillway pond, but if filled would be very nice. Lake Travis is still without much water..

No trees and rate is rally rate. Park is very clean with well manicured grounds; it is a big property. We have been here before. They allowed a guest with a large pit bull dog on only a very thin leash. I have a small Yorkie, and I was very concerned whenever I was on the grounds with my very small dog. The park is not on Lake Conroe.

Rate reflects Rally rate. Park spotless, very well maintained, well lighted at night, very nice rally buildings. Personnel very nice and offered to help. We stayed here for 5 days. Located a short distance from town, shopping and near launch ramps for boats. Many resident campers. Concrete drive ways and parking pads. Did not use baths, cable or Wi-Fi (have our own Wi-Fi and Sat). Lots of palm trees so no shade. My only comment was that the typical back in space was close to neighbors. We would stay here again but request a pull through.

At first glance it is charming, but deferred maintenance everywhere, dead roaches in rec buildings. Snippy check in folks. Lots of trash left in camp sites just mowed over and not picked up. Pool areas nice. No pet areas. Located on Guadelupe River so it is waterview, not waterfront. If you want a large facility with pools, etc. family functions come here, located very close to town and shopping.

Have stayed here before as close to daughters. New paved main road nice otherwise side roads in park need replacing. Lots of trees. Staff gets A+. Greets you in drive way and escorts you to parking site, helps with hookups and offers lots of local information. Gated at all times. Lots of trees. Might be considered a bit tight, but we will stay there whenever we are on that side of Austin.

This is a paved parking lot with concrete pads and all back ins. Commercial trucks also park on the perimeter. No attendant. No sewer(there is a dump station on property), Wi-Fi, cable TV, baths or washers. They provide 30/50 amps, water and a part-timer golf cart shuttle to casino/hotel if you can walk 1/2 block. You can use hotel facilities, pool, beach, restaurants, etc. Next time we will go to the better priced, 5-Star RV park in Kinder, LA.

I gave it a rating of 10 because if you are here for Tiffin Motorhome repair you would be in Mecca. (We were here in a 10 month Tiffin Allegro Breeze.) With over 110 Tiffin Motor Homes on any given day here from all over the country and Canada for repairs, there is so much motorhome information from the owners to fill a library. No thrills or amenities, but excellent service at the service center, parts store and if needed the factory production plant is just down the road. Tour the plant and facilities. Bring your own cooker as very limited restaurant facilities. A Piggy Wiggly, no movie theatre, a Sonic. Main facilities is a gravel runway: dusty, no shade trees. The 10 spot down the road is spillover when the main facility is full. Dry camping is allowed at the main facility. NO CHILDREN ACTIVITIES. But remember you are here for repairs. Lots of friendly owners and repair people. Great folks in service. First come first serve. Suggest an appointment for repairs.

Park has gravel parking sites and the pull through sites are very unlevel: high and low. The park is very clean, with what appear to be long termers or transient workers. The signs are not clearly marked and the street name appears changed on the web site, but not on street signs. The staff was very nice. This was okay for an over night, on the way to Red Bay, Tiffin Motor Homes.

We have stayed here before. Located on the Mississippi River and a great place to watch all the action on the river like going to a movie.. Staff is all 5 STAR. Pristine resort. Spotless from drive in. Natchez is a charmer of a southern bell type of town with great restaurants. Will stay here again and again.

Very friendly staff. Easy to fine just few miles off interstate. Very clean grounds. Concrete pads. Nice trees. Quiet. Lots of full timers, mostly travel trailers. Fenced dog park, sparkling pool...would definitely stay here again.

We made reservations months in advance for Mardi Gras weekend. We have stayed here before and love being on the beach behind the dunes. Operated by City of Galveston. Very friendly folks. Used my own Wi-Fi router and sat TV. Well kept. Many long term/snow birds. Best location. Will only stay here when in Galveston...We live in Kemah just 20 miles up 1-45/146..Love the downtown Galveston area and Post Office street and all the art galleries..

We were part of a 38 big rig rally so that is rally rate...for a rally of big rigs(30'-45') there were pull throughs and a newish community/rally hall - plain, no decorations, but clean. But only 8 pull through sites had concrete pads and shade, otherwise we were put on 2 rows on "the hill" which is all gravel,no concrete,no shade and very unlevel, all coaches needed to use lots of level power. No tables-no extras. Lots of older permanent travel trailers and 5th wheels. Back section is all long timers, many older rigs and some rigs that looked deserted, with lots of "stuff" at the sites. Would be a dust storm in dry weather. Playground in need of repair. We will not go back even with a rally. I had my own wifi router but I heard that Wi-Fi was 1 bar max. No book exchange. Best Mexican food was El Pandero(sp?) just down the road and a great Navarro Museum Complex in town. Quaint old town-a must to visit.

We were there with the Lone Star Renegades, a FMC Rally with 39 class A coaches..so a big group with big coaches/buses. Staff very nice. Our second time to stay here with the LSR...We were in the back section so we could all be parked near one another...roads are still gravel. pads are concrete, pond in middle. The resort offers a inexpensive breakfast. Grounds/resort very clean and well kept. Very nice large rally rooms. Many trailers and 5th wheels - as many full timers and workers..but still a very nice park and close to San Antonio. Some noise from freeway but not a concern...did hear the train. Took the tour of the Toyota Plant- a must do.

Easy location off freeway in South Austin. Staff get a 5*. Grounds well maintained but the interior streets are in bad condition, but the resort said that was the next repair. New rally addition to office. Sites are gravel. Some recent replaced power stations. They suggest you use a pressure regulator on water. Shade trees in summer. This location is near daughter, so we have stayed here several times. Electronic gate at entrance, so secure. Easy Sat. and Wi-Fi reception. Will stay here again.

We were with a rally group so were placed at rear of the park, near the river paths, shaded and across from the small pool and rally room/office. Quiet except for a nightly train. The front of the park is 5th wheels and trailers and appeared to be long termers. Park well maintained. Father and son owners were very friendly. Small rally room. Close to "ole" town with many interesting buildings. Concrete drive ways. WiFi was weak but I have a MiFi card, so used mine. We would stay here again.

This park was destroyed by Hurricane Ike. Rebuilt and opened late June 2011. Concrete drive & pads. Sand and dying grass elsewhere. Palms just planted...Very friendly staff. Apparently not designed by a RV person. Row overlooking dunes & beach is back in. Pull through in middle looks north away from beach. Mainly 5th wheels, trailers and several popups. Beach location is best feature - as park is located on beach north of dunes. Very clean park run by City of Galveston. Wi-Fi was 1 bar and we were close to office. Location is great.

Located just off 1-10 behind a hotel and truck stop with restaurant - very good food prepared by a group of local resident chiefs-all fresh and home made and truck stop has slot casino. Well maintained park with many full timers in 5th wheels and trailers. Very friendly staff. Strong Wi-Fi. Good for a stop over. Nothing to do in town.

We stayed here twice before. It is exceptional..Clean, and VERY nice staff. There are beautiful paved and grassed park, pull through sites, a nice pool area and rec rooms. We have been here with 2 rally groups. We were here for 4 nights. It is down a nice residential road off Rayford Crossing Road..use your GPS to locate. It is close to Woodlands Mall and Riverway on other side of I-45 short drive with great restaurants, etc. There is a game room. There are many big beautiful motorhomes. We will stay here again and again. There are a lot of things to do in area.

Easy to find. Casino is huge, and you can see it from all bridges, and street signs are well marked. Looked like part of a parking lot converted to RV parking. Very well lighted and easy short walk distance to casino, but valet in golf cart will come pick you up if needed. Dump station facilities on property. Can use all hotel facilities. Suggest you call ahead for a weekend spot. We parked on north side by the golf club so to not face sun. Casino constructing a man made beach area. Great sunsets. Restaurants were good and very reasonable. Beautiful grounds. Register in hotel and tell them which number you are in. Very clean. No shade. Would definitely stay there again in RV lot. We have stayed in hotel before.

Good signs off 1-10. Can see RV Resort from 1-10. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION..within 3-4 blocks of Bourbon Street..but do not walk or ride a bike at all outside of the fenced and gated compound. The resort next door to a HOUSING PROJECT and considered very dangerous to walk on streets even in day time even though a police station is just 2 blocks away..take a $7 cab. The resort is 5star, paved streets and pads, grass cut, very clean and seems to attract the big motorhomes. We understand about 5 of the pads are privately owned. The resort is 5 years old. Staff very friendly and helpful..can suggest cabs, tours and restaurants. 24hr/24/7 security guard, high brick wall and electronic gate. There is a beautiful illusion pool area. No landscaping except about pool area. There was no shade. We would stay here again.

20% discount given, but had to pay $5 per night for Wi-Fi. We were one of 3 in the entire park, which is lovely and a stone's throw from first Monday trade days. Has beautiful grounds, but a ghost town on a Tuesday.

Here with our FMCA rally group, all Class A motorhomes. This park is rustic but charming. It's easy to get to. It also has trees. Expect to have a good time.

We stayed here summer of 2010 and again on Thursday and Friday before Easter 2011. Resort was not full. Has very nice folks. This is a older RV park and for us the location was prime factor in the selection. It is close to daughters home. The road in and out of the parking area is narrow and tight. We have levelers as some sites are unlevel. There are lots of trees, so we had to park so the satellite dish would get clear reception. There are many long term RV's. It is quiet at night. Has the best $2 breakfast. Has some recent remodeling to office area. Easy to find as this Resort fronts on the feeder road of the freeway. It's gated at night and has good WiFi reception. Will stay here again.

Wonderful location minutes to town and waterfront and beaches, shopping, etc. Nice streets, pool, etc. The staff was very nice. Has spacious pad sites with trees and nice facilities. Was clean. Will stay here again. There were 7 coachs in our group and they placed us all together. Very nice staff. We were here 5 days and will stay here again. Not sure about the rate as we had Good Sam and FMCA discounts.

Stayed here over Easter weekend..very dusty, dirty, crowed, trash not picked up from community trash barrels, lots of cars, tents, music at night, camp fires. Cash only. Wanted a credit card in case of any damage done by my motorhome. Area by river trashy & unkept. We stayed in motorhome facing river in double space - one for rv and one for car for $50 per night-no discounts. Only good thing is close to New Braunsfels & Gruene towns. RV area parked on a crushed sand and red clay iron ore material. wifi good.. Will not stay here again..Mostly camper, tents, 5th wheels and lots of cars... extra fees for some things. Guests must pay entrance fees..
