Very nice park. Lots of trees and shade. There are 11 full hook-up sites. All are back in's and are a bit cramped, but not too bad. All the roads and pads were repaved this year. Some of the tent sites are on a bluff overlooking Lake Erie and the views are spectacular. Put-in-Bay is a very unique and fun place. Lots of bars and restaurants in town, which is across the island. State dock and boat rentals nearby. Winery about 1 mile away. Taxi service is available for $3/pp to/from any part of the island. The ride there might be a stopper for some. The ferry fare for my 30' was $45 each way, but I consider it worth it considering the beauty of the park and island.
Very nice little park. It was secluded and quiet which is what we were looking for. The owners were friendly and accommodating. We met several of the seasonal residents at a potluck, and they were all very friendly, also. The pool is nice, although the putt-putt needs some TLC. Restrooms and showerhouse were very clean. The owners are working at improving after acquiring it a few years ago.
