Kenwood is a fairly well-maintained park, but has a lot of permanent mobiles and park models. There is a "home owners association" which pretty much runs everything in the park, including their new (December, 2009) manager. Not a real active park as far as dances, parties, etc. We would not stay there again.

This is a nice park. A little tight on space, but well-maintained. The nicest thing about the park is it's manager. She is one of the most pleasant managers we've ever dealt with. Friendly, helpful, great sense of humor. Her volunteer staff is also made up of really neat women. We stayed for the month of April: cost was $385.00 plus electricity. Would stay here again.
