The first RV park as you're coming into town from the west, and the last RV park if coming from the east. Full hook-ups, large pull-throughs with picnic tables. Free Wi-Fi worked OK with some interruptions. OK for an overnight stop. Entire park is dirt/gravel. Wouldn’t want to be here in high winds. They offer absolutely no discounts of any kind, which made it one of the most expensive parks we’ve stayed at. We’ll be trying the RV park at the other end of town on our return trip.

Our visits to Pahrump have been to visit family. Our first time here was in Dec. 2012, we had site #23 and loved it. It was quiet and right next to the laundry & showers. Our Dish Tailgater & Verizon MiFi 4G worked great. Our next visit was in Feb.2013, this time we had site #155 which had constant traffic going by and about as far from the laundry & showers as you could get. It did have a “lake view” which you get to pay extra for if that’s your thing. The staff and guests have been very friendly on each visit. It appears to be very family & dog friendly with enough things to keep the kids happy. The laundry and showers were clean. If you don’t have your own Wi-Fi, or satellite TV and you want it you’ll have to pay extra for that also. Only one park out of the 28 parks we've stayed at over the past year and a half of full timing did not include free Wi-Fi & cable TV. It is a “pretty” park and appears to be a good place for families with kids, and those that are on “vacation”; however, there are other RV parks in the area that may be better suited to the non-gambling full-timer who is only in need of laundry, Wi-Fi, cable, or a place to rest before moving on.

Manager was very friendly and knowledgeable. Was OK for just an overnight stop while passing through. Site was very difficult to get into. Some sites looked very trashy. Could hear Hwy noise all night. Using this park will depend on what you're looking for and what bothers you. There are no restrooms/showers. This is a mobile home park that is right off Hwy 178/bus 395 with overnight spots for RV's.

Pads for your rig are very narrow. Check sites first to be sure you can make your turns without hitting anything. Depending on the site you choose (pull throughs) you WILL run over there concrete slab if your rig is large - 37'+. If you need to use there showers be sure to check them first. I took pictures of there showers/restroom to prove how filthy they where when we were there.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Park is right next door to Costco. If you need your propane filled they can do it there.

Park is nothing special & overpriced. They charge an extra $1 day (per pet) even for cats. There "free" internet is only at the office area. We will not return to this park nor advise anyone else to use this park.

This is a fantastic park and the people are very friendly. This is a Cal-Am Resort. This resort has impressed us so much that we are now looking for other Cal-Am Resorts to stay at. We used our Passport America 50% discount for our stay. There are so many things to do here that you can't say you’re bored with nothing to do. If you’re in need of some separation then hubby can do his thing and the wife can do her thing.

Parked here to see the Military Show before going to the coast. Park was full of kids so the noise was up, which should be expected with kids around. The play area and pool were great. The trees provided lots of shade which meant no grass, just dirt under the trees. Someone before us left their ashes on the ground next to the tree, which our 3 yr old granddaughter quickly found.(Thanks SO much.) The staff was constantly keeping up with cleaning due to the park being full. We enjoyed ourselves and will come back.

We were in site #33. Enjoyed the patio & furniture (once we put our chair pads on). Didn't use the barbeque (it was filthy). The site hookups were on the side with the patio & grass which was very awkward. The only other problem we had was when we were leaving we had to back out of our site into the empty site behind us (Thank Goodness it was empty!)because we could not make the turn going forward without wiping out there fencing & taking out the vehicles across from us. We didn't use the casino as we are not gamblers, just the campground as our usual park in Chico was full.

Was a bit concerned about getting into this park when I looked at it on Google Earth. Found it to be easy to get in & out of with our 37' 5th wheel. Their internet worked fine as did our Verizon. I gave them a 5 because there's nothing special about this place. It's just an OK place to park while visiting relatives. Was told when we arrived to make certain our bikes where locked up REAL GOOD because there have been bike thefts in the park. Their posted office hours are Mon-Sat 9am-6pm & Sun.9am-1pm. However, I don't think the office hours are adhered to. I called on a Saturday @ 2:30pm (well within the posted 6pm closing) and was told the office is closed and to call back on MONDAY. I guess they're closed on Sunday even though they're supposed to be open.
