We needed to find a place to stay for our grandson's graduation party at Star Hill Ranch. Tried all hotels/motels on 620, 71, and I35, but all were booked. I found this on this web site. It was right down the road from Star Hill Ranch. Check in was quick and our site was gravel, but large and very level. Our 40 foot fifth wheel and 2 cars fit easily. Also had a picnic table. Didn't use them, but the laundry room and restrooms were clean and had AC. Nice landscaping. Very close to the Hill Country Galleria for great shopping. Lots of full timers, but it was very quiet. It was great for us.

We stayed here for a week. Very nice park. Sites are very roomy and level. We were in site 69, which backs up to the water. Very quiet. There are lots of permanents, but everyone was so friendly. They have a rec room and outside patio which we were able to use one evening to entertain a lot of family that live in the area. Great wildlife. Bring birdseed, as there are many green wild parrots. Lots of beautiful birds including a peacock. Good fishing pier. It was very windy when we were there, but fished anyway. Very close to Kemah and Galveston. We loved this park and will return.

This is a small RV park and has a lot of full timers. There was even a family with children living in two trailer across from us, and one of them was a fema trailer. Our lot was E6 and was a pull through. It is one of the few that had an ocean view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They are constantly watering, and doing yard work. Walked to the beach every day except for the 24 hours we rented a golf cart, which we used to go everywhere. The lot sizes are very narrow. There was no one next to us, and I am glad as our slide was over their picnic table. It was quiet at night. The wi-fi was weak and slow. We would stay here again in the same spot.

The setting of this park is beautiful. We stayed in lot 33, and it backed right up to Lake LBJ. The park was clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good cable and wi-fi. The people staying in the park were friendly. The sites are very nice size. We fished, but didn't catch anything. We will definitely be back.
