Monthly rate was $181.66 using a three month min. with tax included and during peak season. Clean park with paved drive. Electric is 18 cents per kwh which is the same as other parks. I used my solar panels occasionally and cut the cost of electric way down. I have spent three seasons here with no problems. Owner goes out of her way to help and offer customer service. Ignore nightly rate as this park has no nightly rates.
