Very friendly staff and nice clean location. Sites were too close to the people in front of you. Saw a couple guys who could not get in/out of their spots. We were sandwiched between a couple trees and could not get our awning out. More noise from campers coming late then the train that went by.

Sites were way to close together, even for KOA. Concrete slab for camper's back wheels to go on but it was cracked and not level.

Very family oriented. Extremely quiet after 10pm. Most noise was other campers driving in late. There is a train but it does not lay on the horn. Barely heard it. We had a spot in the back and it was very isolated and very flat. A little tight getting in and out. Only problem was our water spout leaked and I mentioned it to them but no one fixed it and we ended up with a puddle every day. I 44 runs right into downtown and only about a 25 min drive.
