We arrived, checked it out and payed for a week: 6 x $30 + tax = $199.28 = 7 nights. That is a very good deal for what you get. Paved sites, pretty level, needed a board on one side however, site is wide and long enough and there is enough grass between the sites for slide outs and awning. DSL hookup at each site provided reliable and fast internet. Yes, the pull through sites open directly to a city back road, but next to no traffic and no problem for me. Layout of the park and space available to maneuver was plenty for me.. TV hookup was good; channel service also; however, a few channels lost the sound after about 2 seconds,. Nothing major for me. Satellite signal is no problem. Cell service with Virgin mobile worked, too. Restrooms are small: 1 shower, 2 toilets, 2 basins for the ladies and about the same for the men. Very clean, nicely done and well maintained. Grocery shopping right across the street at QFC and Walmart, Costco, Home Depot, Safeway, etc. From here, we explored the Olympic Discovery Trail by bicycle and the whole area, which is very nice. We loved it and will definitely return.

Arriving on a rainy Friday in the rain season changes a lot compared to earlier comments. The girl at the office was friendly but not very knowledgeable. We have chosen a site above the road, away from the lake as there were full hookups available. However, these hookups were on the wrong side of the site and the state of repair wasn't very inspiring. There were cut off wires hanging from abandoned poles and rusty water pipes popping somewhere out of the ground. The cheap, uncovered plastic pipes found somewhere in the tall grass, and thought to be sewer hookups, didn't increase the confidence. In the lower part of the park was a restroom building with padlocks on all doors. From the looks of it, I didn't want to know how it looked inside. In our part of the park, there was a porta-potty and nothing else. No shower, no nothing. However, the power and water hookup worked. The Wi-Fi was available in the office which is really the store without any table or chair. It was also in the laundry room where you at least have a counter top and a chair. The asphalt sites are backup in, very narrow but level and long enough for long 5th-wheels and trucks up front. There is enough space in between for slide outs and awnings. No TV and no chance for a satellite signal. The lower part of the park is nicer, with old trees in the park but less hookups. However, this part has a risk to be flooded during the rain season. Overall, this park has the potential to be a real nice. because of the place where it is. It is a dream, but it desperately needs money and a good management. We will not return.

We arrived on Thanksgiving and the park was busy. We even had to change sites for the 2nd night due to a reservation. The sites are mostly in the trees; however, I was able to run my satellite on the one site, not on the other. In winter time, I prefer the more open sites for more sunshine, but it was OK for us. Our Virgin Mobile didn't work here. The sites are pretty level on asphalt, but could be wider. Depending on the length of your RV, your choices are smaller the longer your RV is. The restrooms weren't clean on Thanksgiving because of too many people, but were much better afterwards. We loved the biking trails and used every one. Also, the visits to the Historic sites is well worth a visit if you are a little bit into history. We spent 5 nights and will definitely return.

It was our 2nd visit to this park and we will return. The sites are long on asphalt and level, but could be a little bit wider. The further away from the beach, the more hookups you have. At the beach you have water & power or nothing at all. There is a dump station right at the park entrance. Our Virgin Mobile didn't work here at all. Because we were close to the beach, I was able to get a satellite signal. The restrooms in the newer part are very nice and were always clean. The whole setup is spacious and nicely done. We loved it and can recommend this park.

It was our fist visit to this park and we were there for the bike trail. The park is very nice and has wide, open sites on gravel. The roads and driveways are paved, the sites are on very fine gravel. Hookups are there, well working. You have plenty of room on your site and between sites is plenty of grass. The restrooms are what you can expect at a State Park, they were clean but could be cleaner. What I missed was a ventilation in the restrooms and the individual showers, the moisture can't get out and therefore you see mildew grow in the upper corners. Our satellite worked fine but we didn't have a phone or internet signal from Virgin mobile, both were working fine down in Banks. We will definitely return, we liked it very much.

There are turn off lanes from both sides off Hwy 99, therefore, access to the park is easy. However, the park's driveway immediately goes into a steep downgrade right where the office is. No problem for me, some might be afraid to stop there. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was my fist visit and we could check out the park before we committed to staying. Well, staff directed us to a pull through site and we loved it. We payed for 7 nights, including taxes = $ 231.00. Full hookup with 17 cable TV channels, some of them are a bit snowy. After 3 nights I put up my satellite and got a good signal. Wi-Fi is there and it worked at the office and in the laundry room, but absolutely not at our site. The signal was there, but no data was going through. Bring your own Wi-Fi solution to this park, as some longtimers told me too. The sites are level, narrow and paved. At our site we were able to push out our slideout and our awning was just about at neighbours slideout. Grass between the sites. Throughout the week you are woken up by longtimer's diesel engines as they are going to work. The washrooms are 4 individual bathrooms with basin, toilet and shower each. Nice and clean but not superclean. There are washers and dryers too. Portland bus stops are right at the parks driveway and make it easy to go into downtown. We will return when again in the Portland area.

It was our 3rd stay at this park (4 nights), always in winter. The roads are paved, sites are on gravel and you might need a board or two to level, nothing major though. The sites are left-right interchanged and pretty narrow. I didn't have a problem with my slideout but no chance for the awning, the trees were too close. The hookups are dated but still working, 30 amps only and no cable TV. The WiFi worked o.k. but we were on site #3 pretty close to the office. I setup my satellite dish and got a very good signal, but my sat tripod was on the picnic table. Any site further away from the office is way more in the trees and therefore no sat signal. The restrooms were clean and had very nice tile floors. The shower is a fiberglass one-piece unit (perfect) but the changing room is a little bit small and should have more than 1 hook. As the whole park is under tall trees (very nice), there are millions and millions of pine, fir and other needles covering the ground and you will get them anywhere! It was raining heavily on our last 2 days and there were plenty of water puddles, some deeper than others and we tracked dirt everywhere. That is what you get when you want to be as close to nature as possible. The noise from the distant highway was slightly heard, but almost nothing from the close by airport. We will return.

This is pretty much the only RV Park in the southern area of Seattle. The park itself is fine, a little bit tight though for 35' and longer RV's. The road noise wasn't too bad if you are used to a little bit of noise. The sites are level, paved and depending what site you are on wide enough for slideout and awning. If you get a site with a tree right there, you are out of luck regarding slideout or awning. I have chosen one without cable TV and did setup my satellite, which was working fine. The WiFi is with Tengointernet, it's free and it kicked me out every once in a while. The signal could have been stronger too. The washrooms have a real nice tile floor but unfortunately the shower bases are heavily scratched and the paint is peeling off. That really doesn't fit the remaining picture of the washrooms. The shower curtains should have been washed long ago or simply changed, they just didn't look good anymore. My impression is that they charge too much for what you get, but then again, it is the only RV Park in that area. We might stay again.

About year ago we already stayed at this park and we stayed again because it is very convenient for us and our visit. Nothing has changed, the washrooms could be cleaner and could definitely be nicer. The roads are a very good collection of different pot holes of all sizes. This time we had a level site. I have chosen a site without WiFi and had to go to the office. There, the signal was good and strong. Cable TV worked and we could enjoy about 20 channels. We had 30 amps and I didn't hookup to the water. The site is wide enough for a slide out and long enough for a 35' 5er with truck up front. For what we got I believe the price is a little bit high but we might return as it is very convenient for us.

The RV park of this hot spring is more or less a gravel pit with some hookups. The sites are all on dirt, backup in and only about 3 pull through sites. The sites are level but short and narrow. The hookups are front left and depending where your power cord is, you can't even backup to the end of the site. Small bushes provide some sort of privacy between the sites. The washrooms are far away in the main building and could have been nicer done and cleaner too. Cable TV worked fine but only a few channels are available. WIFI worked past 10.00 p.m. only after everybody else was in bed and from about 07.00 a.m. on no signal anymore, very week signal at the RV Park. If you visit the hot pools it is o.k. to park here for the night, but don't come with an RV longer than 35' and if you come with a 5er of this length, you have a problem to park your truck. The hot spring pools are kind of o.k., however, I expected something nicer and better maintained after all the hype I have heard and read. Maybe it has something to do with the not so busy winter time?

Only RV park in Castlegar open in winter. Plenty of seasonal guests but not really old RV's. Sites are gravel and level. Our hookups were front left and our power cord just made it to the pedestal. Cable TV was fine and Wi-Fi too, free and good. Office and washroom building is dated and could need a good update. Washrooms and showers are older style and about as clean as possible, but still looked dated. Grounds were OK and will probably be pretty nice in summer. Setup along river is very nice and I can imagine in summer time it is a very nice park with plenty of flowers and tall trees. We will return on our next trip to this area.

In winter time, this park has plenty of seasonal guests. However, it didn't look too bad as there were almost no very old RV's visible. The sites are level, mostly backup in, long enough for a 5er and truck up front. Sites are gravel with a concrete pad for the picnic table and bushes between the sites for privacy. Hookups are good but almost at ground level. Washrooms and showers are not at the same level as the sites or the park in general. Showers are coin op and as the building is new, it could have been done more nicely. Cable TV worked, WiFi too but had to pay an add. $ 5.00 per day and register with Tengo internet. Good Sam doesn't give you a discount. We will return but after reading the comments and ads I was little bit disappointed.

We arrived on a Sunday in December, the gate was closed and we had to call for somebody to open the gate and checking us in. There were plenty of sites available and the office person insisted on giving us one of the most expensive sites even though I didn't really want one of them. The sites are on gravel and the pull throughs are pretty much sloping forward, not too bad left-right. The hookups worked but Wi-Fi kicked me out every once in a while. The sites were wide enough for slide out and awnings. The restrooms weren't that clean on Sunday but were cleaner the next day even though not super clean. I have heard lots of good comments about this park before and honestly, I was little bit disappointed but maybe I was simply expecting more after what I have heard before. I might return but could as well try another park in the area.

We only stayed 1 night while driving through. However, I would stay longer if needed. The park is close to everything, grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, etc. There is little noise from the airport, next to nothing from I-5. Roads are paved, sites are gravel, a little bit sloping forward and long enough for big rigs and tow vehicle. Hookups are all fine and worked well. Sites are close together with a little bit of grass in between. Just wide enough for slideouts and awnings. No trees, no privacy. Restrooms were really clean and the individual shower rooms were big. The office closes at 05:00 p.m. in winter, therefore, get here before or you won't get the code for the restrooms and the WI-FI which, by the way, worked great. I will return if again in the area.

We stayed 3 nights and loved it. The sites are paved, level enough and wide enough for slideouts and awnings. However, plenty of sites are not suitable for big rigs as the angle to backup into the site is not favorable and/or the trees and branches are too close. We couldn't park our 35' 5th-wheel in the preferred spot with plenty of sun (winter time!), had to chose a more treed one. Not too bad, but way less sunshine. The hookups are fine and worked well. Central dump station at entrance. My Virgin mobile worked pretty fast too. The restrooms are all tiled and very clean. However, the separating wall between the "dressing room" and the actual shower is not wide enough and after the shower the whole floor area and the wall is wet. The beach is just a short walk and there are plenty of walking trails. No noise from Hwy 101 but the odd airplane flying over as the airport is not too far. We will definitely be back!

We stayed for 4 nights from Friday to Tuesday morning in a full hookup site. Almost all full hookup sites are in the H loop and that is where all the ATV people are! Be prepared for some noise, especially on Friday & Saturday evenings. It was much better on Sunday & Monday but I will not return for a weekend as we are not ATV'ers. Even the quiet hours weren't observed which pulled a bit on my nerves on Friday evening. The washrooms were what you can expect from a State Park and they were about as clean as you can expect when a big crowd is present. As the H loop was pretty full, the 30 amps at our site were cutting in and out. Virgin mobile did just work in that park but was slow. As almost all full hookup sites were reserved, we didn't had much of a choice upon arriving but found a site long enough for our 35' 5th-wheel. The sites are paved and wide enough for slideouts and awning. All sites are level, pretty shaded and in winter I would appreciate less trees and way more sun. The access to the dunes and the different lakes is nice, but a bicycle will definitely help to get around. There are enough trails to walk around but looking for the sun you only can get into the dunes, everything else is in the forest. We will return, but not on a weekend.

The sites are on gravel, more or less level. You might need a board under the wheels. The gravel sites are somewhat narrow but there is enough green space between the sites for your slideouts and awnings. The hookups are OK and worked fine. The Wi-Fi was excellent. It is with Tengo internet; it's fast and reliable. The restrooms were clean, but a little dated. The proximity to the beach is world class - if you like the sound of the surf. The downside of this park is the picture it gives from the road when driving by. Unfortunately, that is where the older style RV's with the longtimers are parked. Once you are past them, you are in a perfect location. We will definitely come back.

We stayed 2 nights but after the first I wanted to move but as all the really better parks were closed, we stayed again. The other open parks in town were not that much better. Wi-Fi is promised and the connection to the office works well, but from there on nothing is going through. A simple reboot could probably solve the problem but the office person refused to touch it! I was told the restrooms are locked from 6 pm to 8 am. However, at 05.30 pm they were locked already and upon leaving on the last morning I finally had the possibility to check them out. Well, you better lock them! The upside of this park is its location right in downtown and the proximity to more or less everything. The longtimers in the park didn't really help to improve the picture and the yelling around midnight made another RVer stepping out and yelling back and asking for a quiet time. I won't return and if again in this area at the same time of year would probably not even stay in this town again as the good parks are all closed.

We stayed for 3 nights and will do that again. The sites are all paved, pull through and backup in, longer and shorter ones with enough grass between the sites for awnings and slideouts. Big rigs don't have a problem. However, the pavement is about as wide as the RV and when walking around it you are walking on the grass. No problem with that, but on rainy days that grass gets really soft and then you change from slippers to boots. Additionally, the pavement is uneven and provides plenty of spots where water accumulates on rainy days, watch out. The hookups are OK and worked fine even thought the Wi-Fi kicked me out every once in a while but came back on again. The washrooms were clean not super clean and maybe already a bit dated and could use some updates or renovation. The noise from Hwy 101 is minimal and actually, you could only hear the ambulance or police using their sirens. Staff was friendly and helpful and I really can recommend this place.

We were just driving through and stayed only 1 night. 6 miles of I-5, away from all traffic. Only cash accepted, Good Sam discount available. The site sloped pretty good, but I was able to level my RV. Pull through, hookups worked but no Wi-Fi available, gravel sites and left and right all gravel too. Plenty of monthly guests, didn't really help the overall picture. The restrooms could really use a hearty cleanup. For 1 night and not asking for too much, it might be OK, but I wouldn't stay longer. I would probably look for another place when again in this area.

We stayed for 3 nights in this park and it was a pleasure. Nice, tiled restrooms - and they were clean! The sites are paved but somewhat narrow. With a slide out you have to watch the power pedestal and the pavement. Off the pavement on one side and you are not going to be level. The hookups worked fine and Virgin mobile worked to our satisfaction too. Some sites are too short for bigger RV's. We had to search a bit for a spot for our 35' 5th-wheel, however no problem for getting in and out. Short walk to lake and info center and even into downtown and the waterfront. We will definitely stay here again next time we are around.

We stayed here for 5 nights and very much enjoyed it. However, coming from Nehalem Bay State Park we realized that this is an older park. Nothing wrong with the sites, they even had sewer, but the restrooms are definitely dated. They were about as clean as you can reasonably keep them but the overall picture definitely makes you keep your flip-flops on in the shower. The Virgin mobile service really sucked and almost only past midnight I was able to get some data through (phone and internet). The beach access is great, the roads are all paved, some sites have more trees and some sites are pretty open. Wind and rain can be a real hassle on certain November days as we had to find out. For bigger rigs you might have to search for a long enough site for your RV and tow, however, we didn't have a problem with a 35' 5th-wheel. The hookups worked fine and are the usual style as you find in state parks. We will certainly return if again in this area but will choose another provider for our phone and internet.

We stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed it. It was our second visit to this State Park and again a great experience. The hosts kept the restrooms more or less clean and they were all tiled and therefore were OK. After all, you are in a Sate Park and not in a 5 star resort. Most of the days it rained pretty heavy and nevertheless the grounds were still OK as the trails are paved. The wind can sometimes really shake your RV. There are plenty of deer walking through the park. Virgin mobile worked very well in the park. Hookups include water and power with a central dump station. We will definitely return next time we travel the Oregon coast.

We arrived on a Sunday where the office is closed. Therefore, we didn't get a code for the Wi-Fi and the restrooms. The sites are level, on concrete, with enough room for your towing vehicle or tow. The hookups are ok, not the latest but working fine. On the second day we got our codes for the Wi-Fi and restrooms and the world was much better then. Plenty of seasonal guests but overall the pictures was still nice. The park rules wouldn't allow for deteriorated RV's. Trees are on the outside perimeter, nothing on the inside, satellite should be fine on the inner sites. The whole place looked clean and well organized, except the closed office on Sunday's. We would stay again if in the area.

We stayed for 4 nights and would come back if again in the same area. The restrooms were clean, not super clean, the tiled floors were nice but I would have liked the shower cubicles to be bigger to have more room to dress. Additionally, instead of just 1 hook several hooks would be nice. The sites were more or less level, on dirt and as mentioned earlier, the buddy sites are really close together. We stayed here in November and the fir needles on the floor were about 1/2 inch thick. Nothing wrong with that, but whatever you do, you will bring a good part of it into your RV. The Wi-Fi was working great and the hookups were ok too, even though a little bit dated, at least everything worked. No cable TV though. Being outside you could hear the train going by, but not inside. The same goes for the I-5. Every once in a while we heard an airplane, but nothing major. There were some seasonal guests too but NOT that many to influence the overall picture.

The park provides backup in sites on different levels up a hill. The higher up you are, the better the view over the lake and towards Osoyoos. The sites provide everything you need, pad is concrete, parking for tow too, some have a little bit grass. The wireless was reliable and fast, after a few drops everything worked fine. The cost is Can$ 30 up to 34 feet long in the off season, add Can$ 5 if longer. The washrooms were clean, not super clean, showers are coin op. Nothing for pets or even children. Unfortunately, most of the time the office was closed and to pay for an additional night took me several runs to the office during the hole day. Obviously, that is what you get in the off season. I would return if again in the area.

We stayed 2 nights and this park is only a short walk away from the MTS-Trolley station giving you access to whole San Diego. I-8 is right outside the park fence, be prepared for some noise. The sites are back in except 2 and situated between palm trees, angled to each other. Therefore, the back end of trailers or Motorhomes are very close together and you have to be very careful with bigger rigs to park them. Not much of a problem for my truck camper, but even I had to watch the trees very carefully. The office closes at 5 p.m. and there is no information available after that. Even though check out and check in is at noon, the office was closed well before and the sign said "will be back at 1 p.m.". The internet password gives you 4 free hours after you log in and and if you come back some hours later, you have to pay. The restrooms were kind of clean but as usually I was missing a lot of hooks and would have appreciated if the shower head would have been higher up. The restroom light is on a timer, so if you are not the first one entering the restroom you might forget to set the timer and all of a sudden you are in the dark. Rates are higher on weekends too. If I return, then only because it is so close to the trolley system.

We stayed for 2 nights and didn't visit Disney Land, but other attractions. The Park is a parking lot with green grass between every other site and lots of palm trees. It looks nice and is well maintained. All sites are sloping towards the front which is not a big deal, 2 planks under each front wheel and you are level. The sites are pretty narrow, but there are different sizes available. All hookups are there, but no cable TV. The restrooms are clean but from the outside look of the property I expected something nicer. Don't understand me wrong, everything is tiled and pretty clean, but the tile work is not so nicely done and there are a few details asking for a handy man. Additionally, the space to put on your clothes is very limited, there is only 1 hook and if the shower door would be replaced by a nice curtain, you wouldn't wet the floor while opening the door. And a clean curtain would look way nicer than the not so clean glass doors. I didn't use the pool or the hot tub and the store was already closed upon returning again. A big surprise was the Disney Fireworks every evening right outside your RV window and the good access to I-5 and other main streets without being to noisy. I will return if again in this area.

We arrived at nightfall and were assigned a site close to the front. Therefore, we had the noise from I-15. Typical KOA, pretty clean restrooms and showers. Had to use token but they were free and it was possible to add more tokens without leaving the shower. More than 1 hook would be nice in the shower and maybe a bench, and the space to put on your clothes is very limited. There are unisex showers and they are bigger, but I only found out after my shower. The laundromat is clean too and the machines were all in working order. Our site was level and I didn't have to use planks. Driveway and sites are on gravel and the WiFi worked fine. I didn't check cable TV. I would given a higher rating if the park would be further away from Interstate 15, but would nevertheless return if in the area again.

We arrived at Thanksgiving Thursday. The park was open, but no staff available. The info at the office gave us 3 sites to choose from and a price quote and a code for the restrooms. Well, we hooked up to the power and wanted to try the restroom but guess what, the code given was wrong. We toured the park and asked another happy camper for the code and finally were able to take our shower. As there was no staff, it definitely showed in the shower and the restrooms. It would be nice if the shower would offer a bigger space to put on your clothes and more than 1 hook would be nice too and maybe a bench, even a small one! A real pain in the neck is the button you have to press every 4 to 5 seconds to keep the water running and if the shower curtain would reach the base, the whole floor wouldn't be flooded after a shower. The next morning, the girl in the office wouldn't even listen to our suggestions nor discuss a discount or anything else and just said "oh yea, we had to change the code due to security reasons". But why wasn't it changed in the info given to self registering guests? The park itself is nicely setup but certain sites are pretty close to the main road into Mammoth Lake, be prepared for some road nose. I assume, if staff would have been present and the restrooms would have been clean, my rating would be higher.

We arrived after a major snowfall and were given a plowed pull-through site. I just hooked up the power and didn't care about the rest. The showers and restrooms were heated and clean even though there were quite a few RV's in the park. In the morning, a staff member came and cleared the sewer hole so I could dump. The water hookup is winterized and it worked too! The WiFi was fine but not the fastest and I didn't need any coins for the shower. Overall I was impressed and will return again when in the area!

This RV Park is basically a parking lot with painted lines and narrow sites. Right on a bluff at the ocean front you can enjoy priceless sunsets. Laundry and restrooms were OK, even though I expected something nicer. They start to show some wear and tear. Staff is only here until 05.00 p.m. Therefore, arrive earlier to get the code for the restrooms and the instructions for the Wi-Fi. Due to no cleaning in the evening, the restrooms don't look that great in the evening and early mornings. The Wi-Fi worked but was soooo slow it was unbelievable - and that in S.F. at a Good Sam rate of $ 58.30 for the smallest site they had. However, I will return the next time I'm in S.F. simply because it's close to downtown and is much better than the other park you can choose. As an owner or manager I would definitely increase the staff hours into the evening for cleaning and accommodating late arrivals.

We wanted something close to downtown S.F. and that's why we ended up here. It is basically a parking lot with painted lines and the spots are very narrow. We only have a truck camper, but fortunately the site left and right of us was empty, otherwise with the windstorm we had, the RV's would probably have touched each other. And yes, the razor wire is still there! I don't know who they want to keep out - or in? With the help of a few boards we were able to level our camper and the WI-FI worked just fine. The showers are another story. They are all tiled, even the ceiling! However, the shower heads and the controls for them should definitely be replaced. I tried all showers after having seen how the first one worked and then ended up in the first one anyway. It took me several minutes to make sure the water was spraying more or less in the right direction and not over the curtain and as well to find the right water temperature. More than one hook would be nice and maybe a bench - and definitely another shower head. I don't know how often these facilities get cleaned, but they haven't seen much more than a mob on the floor. I think $69 for something like that is a bit too much and as there was a S.F. 49er game the next day in the stadium across the road, the manager was asking $105 for that day. Therefore we left and most probably won't return.

A very nice park. Has paved roads, concrete pads and grass, no trees though. The big advantage here is the proximity to downtown Napa. We walked over the bridge into downtown and didn't had to drive at all. Enjoy the wine train or a good dinner with some wine and safely get home to your rig. The private shower cabinets are not too big and the only downside was the noisy fan in the shower, but you didn't need coins for the shower. We were parked at the end of the park towards Silverado Avenue where at times we got the traffic noise. Good Sam rate and we will return when again in this area.

We arrived shortly before 6 p.m. (after nightfall) and there was nobody in the office, no information on the office door regarding availability, prices and so on, plain nothing. We asked another happy camper and they showed us some sites. We chose one with water and power only and out of curiosity tried the Wi-Fi. We found a signal but it was impossible to get online even though we followed the step by step instructions given on a welcome website. The showers are tiled but where the door should be, there was the curtain and where the curtain should be there was nothing. Therefore, whatever you did or how cautious you are, after showering everything is wet and the water is all over the floor. The next one coming in with his dirty shoes has to walk through the water and it will really look messy from then on, not just wet. Too bad! In the morning we were charged $42.18 for 2 adults for a bad service, no information and a site which would have needed more planks than we had to make it level. Half of the restroom was out of order and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a while. I really felt cheated big time and the lady wasn't too keen to listen to my suggestions. The 3 points I give are for the setting and layout only.

It's a nice park with plenty of trees. The site was almost level; basic hookups were there, but the WI-FI didn't work even though I was told it would but would be slow. The washrooms are nicely painted but dated. The shower cabinet is small (I'm not that big a guy) and the space to put on your clothes is limited. On the upside: no coins needed! If the long term renters wouldn't have been there it would have felt like on a state park with hookups.

The location and the view of this park is just perfect. Everything else would need some attention, starting with the office. Washroom couldn't be used as it is "down" according to staff. No picnic tables, grassy site, kind of level after using plenty of boards, utility hookups really dated, general appearance on the low side due to plenty of old mobile homes. However, WI-FI was working fine, not very fast, but working. Didn't try the cable. The trails above the bluffs starting right at the park were wonderful to use, and the sunset was priceless.

It's a nice park, well layout. The sites and roads are paved and almost level, you might need a board or two. WiFi was good, didn't try the cable TV. The sites were big enough for our camper but I would have appreciated a little bit more distance towards my neighbors. The washrooms are little dated and could use some upgrades and maybe a little bit more cleaning as well. Unfortunately, we had some noisy neighbors (just bad luck) and could hear the noise from Hwy 101 and the frontage road as well.

Very nice park: we liked the layout and the privacy given by the trees. Some sites are more level than others and you might need a board or two. Hookups were fine, WiFi would have made it perfect. The washrooms are already a bit dated, could use some upgrades and the cleanliness was what you could expect from a park like this with that many guests. Nevertheless, we will come back again.

Nice park: it's well kept, has a good layout, friendly people, overlooking harbour and ocean. Not many trees for shade, not much privacy. Has good WiFi. Didn't use the cable TV. Has level sites and clean washrooms. Will definitely come back when again in this area.

We liked it very much. Clean, level sites and good layout. All hookups you want - and working! I didn't try cable TV; was already happy with strong WI-FI. Clean washrooms and laundry. Close to highway and airport; therefore, with some noise but not too bad. Appropriate price for Good Sam member. Will return when again in this area.
