Noisy due to close proximity to industrial businesses. Noise started early in morning. Spaces were spacious. Friendly staff.

Best RV park in Oceanside, CA. Easy walk to the beach. Very close to rail tracks so quite noisy at times. Clean campground. Not easy getting into back-in camping spot with 31 ft travel trailer. Had to park truck in overflow parking area due to lack of space. Honest business.
