The campground its self is not bad. Bathrooms were NOT clean with black mold growing along the tops of the showers, and the shower floors are not clean. But the worst part of the park was the way that the owners treat the guests. After the way they treated my wife we will NEVER return to this park. We also saw them treating other guests the same way. They may be a little cheaper than others in the area, but I will gladly pay more rather than be treated the way we were.

This use to be a great campground: everything but 8 tent sites have been removed. The 8 sites are not level either. It is too bad, I loved this place.

The boat rentals have been upgraded and work a lot better tha the old boats. Great fishing. Caught a 8 lb Bass and a 13 lb Catfish. Great tie with the kids. Beach was also nice. The water is very clean.

Very nice campground. The bathhouse is the cleanest I have every seen! There is a camera channel on the cable TV system to be able to watch your kids in the game room. The only draw back is the sites are very close to one another.

The staff is great and there's loads of things for the kids to do in the Summer. The bath house is not the worst I have seen but not the best either. Nice place to spend a few days.

Now I love this campground but the bathhouse is so bad it should be torn down. Other than that this place is great!

It is a nice family campground on Little Grassy Lake inside the Carb Orchard refuge. The staff and offerings were great. Nice camp store, and boat rentals on site. Will go back again!
