Nice park, but the sites were on top of each other. We told the office our size, and didn't hardly have room to park our truck with our 5th wheel. We had about 5' from our RV to the neighbors rv. We didn't have room to park our RV without really putting my truck in a bind. After we were parked, we had a great view of the mountains. The park is between 2 interstates, but noise really wasn't an issue, unless you were outside. Great location to the Biltmore Estate. We would stay here again, we'd just get a different site. We stayed in a 5th wheel RV.

OK park. A little run down, but fine to stay at. We were parked in the back over looking a golf cart dump. No AT&T Cell signal. Verizon come in fine. A little ways from Savannah, but good roads in. Walmart and other stores about 6 miles away. We'd stay here again. We stayed in a 5th wheel RV.

Park was nice and clean, but the roads were very dusty. Seemed to have alot of traffic thru park at all times of the night. Walmart and many stores were close. A little drive but pretty easy to get into Charleston. Good roads and highway to get to and from KOA. We'd stay here again. We stayed in a 5th wheel RV.

A very nice clean place, well kept, and maintained. Bathrooms we clean, but we didn't use the showers. We stayed 2 nights and would have stayed more, if they wouldn't have been sold out for the upcoming weekend. We stayed so we could visit the Creation Museum in KY, as this site was only 20 minutes from it. We would recommend it and stay here again.

It is a very nice place. Clean and well kept. The only reason i gave it an 8 is that it's along an Interstate. I ask for a site away from the Interstate and they provided it for us. You could still here it faintly, but wasn't an issue for us. We would recommend it and would stay here again our self.

Nice Park. Close to Hopewell Cape Rocks. Gravel roads, and a little dusty, but overall a good place to stay. We are 38 feet. You can see the tide from some lots. They also have walking trails to down close to the water. Bathrooms were pretty clean. We would stay again.

Sunset Point RV park was small, but very quaint. It sets on a point with views of the water all around. We were back right up and had a nice bay view. We saw seals right outside our RV the first night here. Close to a nice little town for plenty of good food. (Try Franks Dockside Restaurant: not much to look at on the outside, but the inside is very nice and has great food! Also right across the road from Monica's Chocolate Shop: a must eat!) I wish we had time to stay longer. Nice clean bathrooms as well. They only accept Cash or Check, but it's worth the trouble. You'll enjoy it.

This park is big with a lot of gravel roads. It was very dusty. It had low hanging limbs, and narrow between trees on the access road. You mainly access the park via a ferry everytime you want to leave the park. We were parked on the top of a very big hill, which took my Ford F450 Diesel truck everything it had to pull our 5th wheel up that hill, on slick gravel. If you have a big rig and are thinking about staying here, I'd rethink it. They don't have enough power to support the newer rigs. I have a 2012 Mobile Suite that has a Electric Surge protector built in. Thank God! If not, we would have burnt up the equipment, due to rack of power. I asked for help and they just argued with me. They said some thing was wrong with my system. The only thing wrong with my system is that it is working! My system showed the incoming power down to 95 volts on one leg. (It's supposed to be around 120 volts.) I couldn't even run 1 AC unit, let alone 2. They won't refund your money either. So if I was you, I'd pass. They have seemingly good reviews, but most of these, I'm sure, don't know they are not getting enough power and damaging their equipment. Stay away! You've been warned. I'm not one to complain. I've stayed in a lot of campgrounds, and this is one of the worst experiences I've had. If I would have paid for no power, it's one thing, but I paid for 50 amps. And the 30 amp is off of the bad low volt leg, so that wasn't an option either. Just pick some place else, so your vacation isn't ruined like mine. The bathrooms were very rough also.

Nice campgrounds and nice hosts. I would stay again. Wi-Fi is hit and miss, but they try. It's just over loaded.

Very nice place to stay. Very friendly. Great Wi-Fi at your campsite, or at least ours. I would stay here again! And had a great Chip Stand on the site!
