Stayed here several times and have always had fun. The grand kids join us and have a ball. Sites are of a nice size and reasonably level. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We gave it an 8 because it is sometimes difficult to get the site we request, though they try hard to accommodate us. They are pet friendly. This is a great place for kids to learn about the fun of camping. They sometimes have weekend pancake breakfasts, weekend hayrides which the kids and adults all enjoy. They also have arts and crafts. Their website lists most of the available activities. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Rafting/tubing and Canyon Lake are a short ride away for lots of summer fun. Much quieter off season. Indoor and outdoor pools and big outdoor jumping/trampoline at no extra charge.

We were there with our 30 ft Motorhome for the Mudder races. The campground was full. But ti was quiet and VERY clean, especially the bathrooms. Dumpsters, even with a full campground were not overflowing. Best campground we've stayed at in Texas. Too bad its not near an interstate. Skies were dark enough at night to see the milky way!
