Under new management and being slowly renovated from a neglected state. We stayed there 3 months, in the winter. Propane tank rental and delivery is available. It's quiet there in the winter.

We parked here most of 2004 and all of 2005 and have friends there now (2008). It's a small park, with several mobile homes and some 'permanent' RVs. It's not an over night place. Rate is $325 plus metered electricity for the first 6 months. Nice yards, cement patios. Located next to a large mobile home retirement community in a pretty quiet area.

Small, homey campground. Big rig sites are narrow. We stayed there several months, at a rate of $350 a month, in 2006 and 2007. Working-campers welcome. Arrangements can be made to winter there, although the owners go to TX for the winter.
