Pretty basic. Friendly owner, the park was quiet. Although they have internet available, I was never able to get it to work on any of my three Wi-Fi devices. Verizon wireless does not work in the part, but does work in the town about 6 miles away. The RV park is about 1 mile from Burney Falls State Park. I would go back to this location as the surrounding parks didn't seem as nice. $26.50 a night plus tax.

Nice simple clean park. Kids love the pool. The park does charge $5 per kid, extra. Free muffins and coffee in the morning.

Very quiet park, kind of scary driving in. If your not familiar with the park, your not certain your going the right direction. Keep going, you will be fine. Internet Wi-Fi was the best I've ever seen in a park. Was able to stream video from the internet. Verizon cell phone worked great as well. Shower and bathrooms were clean, a few bugs but that does not bother me. I would return here.

My family and I spent two days here and all was well. If I could complain, the site they gave us did not have 50 amp service, but it was cool enough that we didn't need more than the 30 amp site they assigned us. My kids report that the pool was cold, but refreshing. We have Verizon cell phones which all worked great at this site. Camp site Wi-Fi was slow in the evenings, but better early morning. I would return her for a one night stay over.
