As many have said, a very clean, well-maintained park, and it's right on the Middle Fork Feather River. Staff was friendly and helpful to us. My only gripe is that, like so many RV parks, the spaces are tighter than I'd like.

This place knows that they have very little competition, especially for lodging near the north entrance of Yosemite. We stayed one night in Oct. 2008 in a cabin, very small in size for the money. I agree totally with the earlier reviewer who said "When a park requires you to pay in full before you arrive, a red flag should go up." We brought our dog, thinking the $25 we were charged for her was a refundable cleaning deposit. Warning, it's not. IF YOU BRING A DOG, THEY WILL CHARGE YOU A $25 "CLEANING FEE" FOR A CABIN. The clerk was indifferent and unapologetic to our surprise and unhappiness over this charge. We will not stay there again.
