Very nice staff, clean friendly park, lots of very nice extras like mini golf and kayaks. Easy access to the clean beaches.

Just the basics. The lodge is upgraded but the only bath house is not. Our pull through site was tight against the others. There is barely room for the picnic table and the idea of using the fire rings in such a packed space didn't seem safe. It was quiet the weekend we were there. The staff seemed nice. It is convenient to the south side of Atlanta. There are three WiFi addresses, no passwords, sometimes slow.
