By far this was the most beautiful CG we have stayed at so far. We stay here for the 4th of July weekend. The grounds and the rest rooms were very well kept. Lots of trails to hike and a guided tour to see eagles nests and a working farm to see. Plenty of play areas for the kids. The sites are big so you don't feel crowded and the full hook up are there's trees around so you don't see your neighbor. The DNR has great plans for this park. It's the jewel park of the state. We will return again.
A very nice RV park. Sites were level. Some shade around the perimeter. Nice lawn in-between sites and all sites have plenty of room. Sites are concrete pads along with the roads around the park. Restrooms were very clean. You get the feeling of a up scale RV park. This was the last CG we stayed at coming from a 3,000 mile trip and was was refreshing to be here.
Verity nice town park. Sites were level. Restrooms were clean but very dated. They need a coat of paint and some freshening up. Great walking trails around the park. Not many services. The CG hosts wee very friendly. Would stay here again.
This is a great CG for being located in Cody. Walking distance to the Cody Museum and downtown. Some sites are close together. Restrooms are very clean. Staff and office were very helpful. Level sites. Would stay here again.
Walking distance to the entrance of Devil's Tower Great view of the tower. Restrooms were clean but not dated. Level sites. Central location to post office, souvenir shop and restaurant. Friendly and very helpful people. There a prairie dog town on way to the monument.
This is a very nice park and being new everything is immaculate and clean. It's a great place to stay while in transit. It's not to far from the highway and the noise level wasn't a problem. The staff was very friendly and helpful and stayed late to sign me in. The only problem I had was out of two sites I tried they weren't level. The roads are gravel. I would stay here again.
We made reservation here for three nights one month before the 4th of July for that weekend and were lucky to get it as we knew that it would be hard to get a campsite for the 4th. We were told at that time that their cancellation policy was NOT TO GIVE REFUNDS but to give campground credits to come back to the park. There were two sites left, 120 & 230. Checked reviews, and they were great. We ask for a level site with full hook ups. When we showed up the sites weren't level sites, but were close together and interior roads were in rough shape. Because of rain the park was flooded and just back to almost normal. The sites we saw on the lower level were in rough shape. We will never go back here. A big loss for us.
Nice place to spend a few day's. Sites were big and roomy. Bathrooms and laundry area were clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There's a fishing pond and plenty of things for kids to do. In all it's a well kept park. We were glad to find this park as we had reservation at another park but when we got there we couldn't get our rig level so we left. Would return if in the area again.
We were there on a Memorial Day weekend so the CG was full. We were still there on Sunday so just about everyone left and then it was nice. The bathrooms & laundry area's were horrible. Camp sites are close together. Our camp site was in the first row so we got a lake view from across the street. Excellent location to Storm Lake. Storm Lake was beautiful with great walking trails and adjacent parks. Need to RV space in first row in front or back for some privacy. It's a city park. Would go again but not on a holiday weekend.
Great small park, near the highway so you will hear road noise at night. Safe and clean for a one night stay. Laundry rooms smelled, showers clean but had a basement feel to it. Great park to stay in while in transit. Our site had full hook ups
