This is a nice campground run by a very nice couple that have just bought it. I only gave it a 5 because the site I was on had a very bad slope to it and I couldn't level my coach. Half of the sites are on a slope. The lake is within 400 feet of all the campsites. I would strongly suggest giving them a call to see if they have any open spots before pulling to the campground as they fill up fast. The electric service is good, water pressure is good, and most of the sites have shade most of the day. There is ample room between sites. All sites have a picnic table, and are gravel.

I only gave this park a 6 because there was no water nor sewer on any of the sites. The campground, however, is very nicely laid out with level, large, grassy sites. Each site has a picnic table on it. The electricity read 120 amps on my meter. The dump station is off site, and the park manager told me "it is about 2 miles that way". I never did find it. There are walking trails within the park as well as "Frisbee golf," playgrounds for the kids, and soccer fields. I stayed here mid week, and the park was almost empty. I think that the $25 nightly fee is too high for the services provided.

I totally agree with the previous comments and would like to add that there is fuel available right next to the campground as well as restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again. The camping rate is full price with no discount.

This campground is no longer accepting off the road campers, nor is it honoring Passport America. The manager did, however, recommend a campground down the road.

This park has easy access off Interstate 40 at exit 102. The campground is flat, the spaces are gravel with curbs on either side. The water pressure and electrical amps are excellent. It is a good overnight park. I had an electrical problem with my coach and the maintenence man came by and re-wired the burned wires for me. There was no charge for this service. They provide a shuttle to and from the casino. I will use this park again.

Rate reflects the Passport America Discount. The park is old with a lot of seasonal older type trailers. The sites are level, made of gravel, and fairly wide. The electric meter was in the green the whole time. There is cable TV available. There were 3 trains that passed by across the road during the night. I am hearing impaired and they woke me up twice. It is a decent overnight park. I would stay here again.

I have camped here before when it was a Passport America Park. The sites are large, level and gravel. The electricity is both 50 and 30 amp and the needle stayed in the green on my meter the whole time. The price reflects the AAA discount. I stayed here because it was listed as a PA park. The discontinued it in December. I will not stay here again because of that.

This is a very nice campground. It is owned and maintained by the city of Decorah. Check-in was a breeze and the lady at the desk was extremely helpful. She even offered to help me hook up my electricity. The sites are gravel and level. I had one of the pull thru sites. I had an expansive view of a wonderful lawn that ran down to the river on the curb side of the coach. My electric meter stayed in the green zone all of the time. It is a no reservation park and it fills up rather fast on Thursdays. I would definitely stay here again. I camped in a motorhome.

This park is a well kept park. It is located right on a lake with lake access. The sites are very level, very wide and there is lots of grass and shade trees. The park is mostly seasonal people, and is usually full. This year they had space available. The park is located behind a gas station/liquor store. No traffic goes thru the park however. The owners are extremely courteous and very helpful. The rate reflects a monthly rate. Electricity and cable TV are billed separately. I would definitely camp here again.

This park is on a gravel road. It is closer to the town of Rock Falls Iowa, even tho the address is Mason City. The road into the park is very rough and super dusty. The grounds are mostly dirt, but there was a drought while I was here and they had no rain for almost a month. The owner/manager was very helpful and accommodating to me. It is a long way to any shopping, whether it be grocery, restaurants, or entertainment. I could not get TV reception with my antenna. I would not camp here again.

This park is a seldom used County park. It has level sites for the most part. Some of them are shaded. It is adjacent to a little creek, and there seems to be a musty smell to the place. The electric meter in my coach showed 126 volts, which is a little high. The water pressure is good. There was one other camper in this park as of this writing. The signage to get to the park is very poor. There is a 14 day limit. I would stay here again.

I arrived on a Tuesday afternoon and there were hardly any campers in the park. I chose a site that was well shaded and had a pleasant view of the new walking bridge over the river. The restrooms are in excellent shape and the showers roomy and very clean. You can stay at this park for 14 days and then have to leave for a week, then you can come back for another 14 days. It is a county park and is very well maintained. I camped here last year and looked forward to coming here again. I wasn't disappointed. The electric meter in my coach read 125 volts, the water pressure was excellent. The only draw back to this park is there is no sewer connections. There is a dump station on site however. I will without hesitation camp here again.

This campground is mainly a "worker" campground. People who work in the area stay here. The restroom/shower building is dirty, the grounds are not taken care of, when it rains it is muddy and the roads are gravel and full of pot holes. The owner is building two story cabins on the property to rent out and there was lumber and building materials all over. The rate reflects a monthly fee of $375.00. I have stayed here before and it has deteriorated so badly that I will not come back again.

This campground is easy to access of interstate 90. The sites are large and can accommodate big rigs. The sites are level and the electricty and water pressure is good. They offer free coffee after 8 AM. There is an excellent family cafe across the street from the campground. The campground is behind the Super 8 Motel. The lady at the desk was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The water pressure is good and the electric has both 30 and 50 amps and was in the red on the amp meter all the time. The price reflects Passport America's discount. This is a great park to overnight or even stay a few days to explore Mitchell SD. I would camp here again.

I stayed in the Game Lodge Campground within the Custer State Park itself for four days. I chose this campground because of the spacious and level sites and the views of the wildlife that passed by every evening, mainly antelope. The sites are very large with most having a shade tree and the sites are cement so the jacks do not sink in the ground. The showers and bathrooms are very well kept and the water in the shower stayed warm for the whole shower. The rangers are very helpful and friendly. The campground is very well kept and there was a free play given the first night I stayed there. This is the best state campground that I have ever stayed in and would definitely stay here again.

Bypassed this park on the highway so stopped and asked directions. The neighbor told me he thought the place was closed and that it had been for sale for quite some time. I drove into the driveway and there was a small child (7-ish) sitting on a table outside the office. He said his parents would be home in awhile. I parked anyhow as there was another motorhome parked in the campground. The water pressure and the amperage from the electrical outlet was good. The sites are somewhat unlevel. The $13.25 reflects Passport America discount. I would not camp there again.

Park has an easy access from Hwy 40. There are a few weeds through out the park. There are only 5 pull-through sites so I paralleled parked the RV as there were very few spots taken. The sign on the window said open from "3 PM to 7 PM". I was there at 3:45 and no one showed up until 7:15 PM. I filled out the ticket and put it in the door slot as requested. At 7:15 PM the attendant asked me if I wanted a receipt. I didn't. This park is a good "overnighter".

This is a very quiet park within the city of Casa Grande. I did stay here in the "off season" as it is mainly a winter visitor park. The sites are very spacious, with great electric service and great water pressure. The park is convenient to shopping, entertainment, dining, fuel and everything else a person would require. There is good security in the park with a security gate that closes at 7 PM and opens again at 6 AM. They provide a pass key to operate the gate after hours. The manager is very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The rate quoted is for a months stay and included all utilities and equates to $407.00 per month. I would stay here again.

I stayed here for a month. The fee was $285.00 plus electricity. The folks managing this park are very gracious, and they lead you to your site and guide you in. There is only 9 feet between the hook-up post and the cement patio; it is very tight indeed. Great electricity and a very clean park. There is some road noise as Hwy 10 and 8 are close by. There is a train track about a mile away, and a number of trains go by in the evening. I would stay here again.

RV Park is on a very rough service road alongside Hwy 40. Bathrooms are clean, but the shower stalls were very small. I could not turn around in it. There is one row for 50 amp and another row for 30 amp and another for tents and no sewer hook-ups. We would not stay here again.

Campground is adjacent to Hwy 183 and is an extension of the Motel. Campground is fairly level and is clean. You have access to the Motel pool. We would stay here again if passing through. It is a good over night park.

Great County Park, with easy access from Hwy 35. The roads are paved and the sites are fairly level. There are some shaded sites. The staff was accommodating and helpful. We would camp here again.

The park was very well maintained, the staff very friendly and helpful. Even though the park was full there was minimal noise and traffic. We definitely will come back here next year.

Park is about 5 miles east of Liberal on hwy 54 and on a very bumpy gravel road. Drive slowly or you will shake everything apart. The park is new and has no shade trees, but hey, you are in the farm land of Kansas. The restrooms were huge, and the showers were very clean. Electricity was good, with no spikes. Water pressure was good. The pull through sites were very large with easy access both to the site and leaving the campground. There was a stench from a feed lot somewhere nearby and trains rolled by 3 times during the night. The lady that collected the fee was very friendly.

There are no amenities at all. It does have electric and water hook-ups. There is a great cafe in the nearby Casino. For ten bucks it is a good overnight stop. Get here early if you want a pull through site as there are only 5 sites. We will stay again if we are traveling through.

Park is all rock, it is very windy but the views are unbelievable. We were assigned a very large pull thru site. The check-in lady was very pleasant. It is a great "overnight" park and is easily accessed from I-10 going either way. Camping world in right next to the park if any repairs are needed. We will stay in this park again.

The entrance to the park is concealed behind large trees. We missed the entrance and drove into the exit road of the park and had a hard time turning back into the entrance road. Park is well kept and the sites are very large. The electric (30AMP) was erratic and would not maintain the necessary voltage to run our air conditioner. The park maintainer manager was very helpful with this problem. The noise level at night was very bad what with the jet aircraft flying overhead as well as freeway noise. We will NOT stay in this park again.
