On the south end of town, this park is aptly named OK, since its just OK, which makes it fine for a couple of nights while visiting Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Sites and road are dusty gravel, campground is older and in need of some sprucing up. Spaces are tight, very close together.
We stayed here for a week. This is the friendliest park with the best location for Colorado Springs. Very close to downtown and major attractions make it very convenient. On a hill gives everyone a great view, and no street noise. RV sites are wide. Easy access. Manager is a wonderful, helpful lady. Very pet friendly, even was able to get my poodle groomed here.
