It is what it is - a place to stop on the road. The two girls in the office were as pleasant as can be. The site was level and long enough that we didn't have to disconnect. The cable was good, the Wi-Fi was slow. It's a good place to stay while traversing Texas.

This is a great RV site. A bit off the highway (0.5 miles) so road noise is not bad. The owners were friendly and helpful. They wiped off the electric board and the sewer/water connection when we pulled in; although, it was not that was dirty to begin with. Site was very long and level, would fit the biggest big rigs! Hot tub was great as were the family style shower/rest rooms. Everything was clean, clean, clean. There is a small pool. We we did not go in because this is February. It was clean and inviting as well. I would recommend this Park to anyone driving east/west on I-20 in Texas.
