Somewhat well maintained. The restrooms, showers, and pool were over used, due to renting to day users- who took over the area. There is nothing to bring us back, we would travel on or find a different park.

A good overnight spot. The restrooms and showers were clean, had good cable TV. WiFi was available but we did not use. There's some RR noise, but that's true anywhere along hwy 40, Route 66.

Nice clean park. The cable TV was good, WiFi had good reception and was fast. Will stop again when in the area.
