Basic. I broke down and got stuck there for ten days. Nice people. The convenience store next to it doesn't have much. Nice cheap overnight stop for RV though. Pay at convenience store.

Great price, relaxed atmosphere, nice friendly rv'ers, Wireless internet, nice laundry room, Safe and remote, yet short distance to Tucson. WiFi is free
