This park is our new gold standard. We love it. Nice wide sites, level, flat, and 90' long! .And quiet! .Orange trees in every site with orange groves all around the park. Very nice staff. We've stayed in other parks here in Bakersfield. but none can come close to this. We definitely will stay here again. They even have a free wash rack for rigs or cars. We will definitely stay here next time we're in Bakersfield.
As others have said, this is a good park for an overnight. Very quiet, yet close to I 15 and I 40. Regardless of what Trailerlife says, they do have 50 amp (it's extra). And they do have Wi-Fi for $5 a day ($25 a week). We had no problem getting in our site in a 38' motorhome. And another 50' bus chassis with a dingy came in after us, so they can handle big rigs. Staff are very nice and helpful. We would stay here again.
Trailer Life rates this park as a 8.5/10*/10. That is way too high. This park is mostly permanent park models for long term or vacation residents. A few spots are for short term rentals. All sites are VERY close together. If they were any closer they would be called RV storage. Roads are very narrow. We could barely get our 38' motor home in our site. And we were right on top of our neighbor. We paid for three nights and left after two. We would not stay here again.
Excellent, quiet RV park. Owner is very nice and helpful. Sites are very large, well spaced and shaded. Dirt road (about 1/8 mile) was graded while we were there so it was better than in the last review. The clubhouse was more like a home rec room than RV park facility. Lots of books, DVDs, magazines, couches, and sitting areas. Very homey. We extended our stay because we enjoyed the park so much and would definitely stay there again.
Our 38' rig fit with our towed vehicle but just barely. Sites are narrow but sufficient with grass on passenger side. Nice women in office. Cable did work. Only complaint is Tengo Internet (Wi-Fi provider). They are the absolute worst provider we've ever used. They work for a day, maybe two, then you can't get in and can't figure out what to do. Their security is so great you can't use them. Worthless. If you stay here and like great hot dogs, go to Kranky Franks. Funky and fantastic!
It is very overpriced. The Park is old. Sites are narrow - two rigs with slides next to each other would probably touch. There is no picnic table, nor grass. There were many dogs, and all seemed to be barking. There is a nice lady in office though (only positive thing we can say). We would not stay here again.
We liked this park. Good long pull thru sites with grass on passenger side. Nice, helpful owners. Close to Moab. There is road noise during day but it is quiet at night. We would stay here again.
We agree with the prior raters. Great park with nice, helpful owners. Long pull-throughs with wide grass area. Very high quality Indian crafts at gift shop. We had a problem with contaminated diesel fuel and owners directed us to Montella's Repair across the street. Montella was wonderful! Gave us good advice, fixed the problem, and charged us a very reasonable price. We hope to stay here again.
