Great view of the beach, but tight RV sites. We stayed on the beach side which is a great place if you like an unlimited supply of sand both inside and outside of your RV. It is pet friendly.

The park is showing some age. While convenient to Disney, Universal, etc. , the park itself really needs a face lift and sprucing up. The pools were supposed to be heated and the hot tubs were about 80 degrees. I'm a little disappointed with the overall condition of the park.

Fabulous RV park...all sites paved are well maintained. Very close to the French Quarter for walking distance. Staff very friendly, and the resort is pet positive.
