We were given misleading directions to the campground by an employee/host to start with. The spaces are grass with holes (hard to level), the ground is mushy. There were, I think, 4 high speed brakes coming in by a low-class trailer park. People from the trailers behind the park go through the campground with loud mufflers. The male host screams at campers to slow down; there's no way you can speed with those speed humps. Unbelievably it only has l restroom for men and 1 for women. You have to wait if one person is there...the sink, toilet and shower are in the room. You pay a $5 refundable fee for the key to the restroom (same key fits both rooms??). The next morning you have to wait around for your $5. Fee to be returned when the office opens. This is one of the worst campgrounds anywhere.
If all parks could be like this one. Quiet, clean, a wonderful indoor pool and spa. The only complaint I have is the showers have only plastic curtains instead of doors and you can walk right into the ladies room, no door there. The streets are paved and spaces are generous.
When you check in you get a code for the restroom. This is a joke; the men's room has a hole where the lock would go if they had one. The ladies room isn't locked at all; there is no use to have a code; you can't lock it. The restrooms and showers are so dirty, missing tiles, no soap. It appears most of the first two rows are occupied by permanent residents in various modes of campers with big "worker" looking pickup trucks. People work on their motors and park in the roads. It's noisy and people are allowed to leave their dogs in campers while they work. The pool looked nice, but we didn't go in since you had to shower in the awful showers.
