Stayed in a 40' RV. Several sites large enough for large RV's you just need to use website to find them. Camped with two large dogs and found plenty of places to walk dogs. Cant take dogs on the beach within the park; however, just prior to entering park there is a public park (county I think) that allows dogs on the beach. Great biking and kayaking. Make sure to bring enough food and beverage. It is not near much in the way of grocery stores. The small store on Cape Blas Road does a nice job of stocking some basics long with beer and wine at fair prices. Only 30 amp but that was plenty in cooler season for us. Would camp here again.

We camped here for a month so the rate is reflective of the monthly rate not really a daily. Good level grass/sand site backed up against a fence of some apartments. Not really an issue very quite. Park does warn they do not spray for pests and if you have pets read that as you need to treat for fleas prior to arrival. We learned the hard way, lots of fleas. Cable TV worked great, close to shops, grocery and The Villages which made it nice for visiting friends that live there. Not family friendly only because it is a 55 plus park, you can't camp here with kids. Very pet friendly with good areas to walk dogs. Yes a lot of seasonal, however very clean and good restrictions that keep entire park looking great. A lot of activities and a nice pool area if that is what you are looking for. We would camp here again.

Easy off I-10. Small very clean park. Nice for walking our two large dogs. Off main road very little road noise. Level cement pads. We had a pull through that was long enough for a 40' bus and toad. Nice owners, would stay here again. We only stayed one night but good spot for a longer stay. As you are driving to the park know that there is another "membership" park before you get to this park. Rated 9 instead of 10 because no camp store.

Even without full hook up this park rates a ten for us. Friendly staff, fun and interesting ranger lead talks for adults and children. No shade, small trees, river for fishing and just admiring, bird and beaver watching. Quiet level gravel sites. Big rig friendly, clean laundry, shower house. Large easy to get to dump station. Easy drive to Steamboat Springs which has a lot of activities. Sprint and Verizon both worked here. We would stay here again, and probably will next year.
