Campground was close to the interstate, but that's why we chose it. Now, in 6/06, there was a detour getting into the park so call ahead for instructions.

We enjoyed the quiet of this campground. The shade sites were not quite shady and the afternoon heat was intense but the evenings were cool and pleasant. It was a nice park to walk around. The camphosts were attentive and regularly checked the campground.

Clean, friendly park. Owners have breakfast tent beginning 5:30 am if you want an early start. Sites are level. Entrance to the park was easy.
