Rustic feel overcomes shortcomings. We enjoyed the premium site with a private deck, including chairs, table, and gas grill. There are only two such sites available. Campground is clean but infrastructure (street lights, roads, hook-ups) need some attention. Good access to Yosemite which was our primary destination. We would stay here again.

Clean, comfortable campground, nicely landscaped with good size sites. Friendly, helpful staff. The lake includes a sand beach (no swimming) and an opportunity to fish. Reasonable proximity to Death Valley NP which was one of our objectives. Rate required obtaining a player's card at the on-site casino. We stayed 4 nights, and plan to return.
