Worked well for us although its a bit far to travel into Nashville often. Sites were ample but not especially level. Fall leaves beautiful however they are several inches deep at this time of fall and we found it necessary to rake a path so we didn't track it all into the trailer. Folks are friendly. Back loop of park all long term residents. Laundry not fancy but suitably clean and inexpensive. Great fields on either side of park. Our dog loved running the hills although you are discouraged to have them off leash. Entrance to park is steep and tough if other cars are coming. Good country road to reach the park. Our GPS took us right to it. I would hate to try to figure out directions without the GPS. Park needs some tender loving care but overall a good experience. Close to Lebanon which has all the necessary services.
Nice level sites. Great fenced dog run. Friendly staff. Rate reflects the one week discount. Nice to have the luxury of trash pick up. I agree with the previous review but no trouble finding them as the add says turn at the Crackle barrel. We would stay here again if in the area. We stayed here in our fifth wheel. Also enjoyed some great motorcycle riding in the area to see fall colors.
Very convenient to the part of Paducah we wanted to see. Great park for quilters to meet other quilters. Terrific fenced dog run. Nice, friendly folks who manage the park. Very helpful in letting us know all the available sites of interests. Hook ups all worked well, long spacious pull in sites. Not a fancy park but overall very RV user friendly. Permanent residents tend to hang towards the back of the park. Easy access from freeway. Would stay here again when in the area. We stayed with our fifth wheel.
Beautiful area, quaint town nearby. We came for the fall colors and we were not disappointed. The park is friendly and easy to get around. I marked it down from a ten because the sites are not level and near impossible to level no matter how many blocks you apply. Also, there are only three washers which makes it tough for full timers. We will come back to the area but may look for better sites. The front drive is a steep entrance to the park and due to local signage laws is difficult to see soon enough to stop a big rig. Watch for the Shell gas station when coming from the east. It is the very next driveway.
Sites are level. Convenient to most RV manufacturers and the R/MH Hall of Fame and Museum. Friendly staff and other than some highway noise from the Nearby Interstate it was a nice place to stay. Convenient also to Notre Dame campus 20+ miles and shopping of all kinds.
This park was convenient and quiet to stay in for our visits to the Ford Museum and Ford's Greenfield in Dearborn as well as University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. We originally booked for two weeks and then extended for a month. Lakes are old peat ponds with lots of water fowl to observe. Not clean enough to look appetizing for a swim. We had full hookup with no issues. Most folks in the park are residents or seasonals from the city and friendly. I would have rated it higher except there was a fifty dollar electric fee they added on at the end, which was never mentioned when we added the two weeks. Don't like surprises.
