What a great place! We loved staying here and made some good friends while here. The sites are all level and clean. Ours had a shade tree. We felt so at home here. We stayed several months and will go back again. It's close to shopping and easy on and off the freeways. The only down side I have is that we thought the monthly rates were a little high compared to other places we've stayed.
We stayed here for several months while working. If you are looking for a small, quiet place to park your RV, this is a good one, but it has nothing special. It has a small laundry room with a bathroom, no showers. The manager's live on site and are nice people. The owners are extremely nice. They don't want kids here and they really don't like dogs, but they tolerate them, if you pick up after them and keep them on a leash, which is what most places require. This is a very "tight" park and it was very hard to back into our spot. All spots are back in. Mostly working people stay here. It's very close to everything you need, grocery, Walgreen's, restaurants, shopping, golf courses. There is a very run down and old mobile home park next door, but we really didn't have any problems with them and there is a 12 ft. fence between the two properties. I felt very safe here.
If you are looking for a place to park for a couple of days/nights, then this is sufficient. This is a "parking lot" for people passing through town. There is gravel and white chalky dust everywhere. There is a laundry, period. Nothing else. There is an office, but no one is ever in it if you need anything. If you call the number an answering machine usually picks up, and they call you back. You walk out your front door and your next door neighbor's sewer and electrical is right there in front of you. They let people park all kinds of trailers and awful old pickups at the back of the lot. You have no patio area to sit out on and there are weeds everywhere. No shade at all and with the 106 degree temps while we were there, it worked our air conditioners to their limit, having no shade and only gravel and dirt to sit on. This is a good place if you are in a pinch, otherwise, just keep on going down the road. The only thing I can say good is that the rates are very reasonable.
