Beautiful park - everything was new, clean, and in perfect working order. Many of the lots are owners, and even some full-time residents, but all very high-end.

I didn't expect much from an RV park in this part of Arizona, but we were pleasantly surprised. It was clean, well maintained, and easy to get in and out of. The sites were level and had plenty of space. And if you ask, many have shade trees, which really help to keep the heat down - it can be 110 degrees in Bullhead City in the summer.

This was our first stay at Rancho Sedona, and it's now one of our top-5 favorite parks. The people were friendly and exceptionally helpful, the park is beautiful, and the creek running behind it is a great place to take a swim to cool off on a hot day. We'd definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The park was good enough - hookups to run the AC, nice views, etc. But the staff was not very helpful; they made a mistake on our reservation (and I had their confirmation e-mail to prove it), but they gave us attitude when we asked them to correct the problem.

Great park just outside the entrance to Mesa Verde National Park. The hosts were very nice and extremely helpful. They gave us useful tips about how to maximize our time within the National Park: where to go, what to see, etc. The park was clean, level, good hookups, and no dust. Very nice place to stay.

Great park, right in the middle of a beautiful mountain town. Our last trip was a month long, and this was our favorite stop. The park is gravel, but not dusty at all - it's more like small river rock than gravel. The sites are a little close together, but there was plenty of space for our RV and toad. The hookups were good, and the owners were very helpful. In the winter the river that runs behind the park can flow very fast, so you have to keep a close eye on children.

We stayed on the south side of the park - the Premium side. It was very nice, with large spaces and good hookups. When we were there we had a huge problem with mosquito's - they seemed to be drawn by the Kol Pond and the wetlands behind the property, which had recently flooded due to the heavy snow melt coming off the Colorado River. With so many mosquito's, we couldn't spend much time outside the RV.

Very pretty park, with great views and wonderful atmosphere. I would have rated it higher but it has one drawback - it's very dusty, and when the large Diesel Pushers drive through the dust flies everywhere. All in all, we had a very nice stay here, but the dust was somewhat frustrating.

Clean park with nice grassy areas and plenty of space between spots. We stayed here as an overnight stop on our way East, but we would definitely stay again - and spend a few days.

Very nice park, with all the amenities. Very clean, newer park, and the staff was very helpful. The fitness room was also nicer than expected.

One of the best state parks we've been to! There are a limited number of full-hookup sites, so book in advance if you want one. That park is beautiful, the rangers are very nice, and you're within walking distance of everything in Morro Bay.

This is one of our all-time favorite parks. We go here almost every year, and each time we wish we could extend our stay a few more days. The fire rings are cleaned daily, the bathrooms are always spotless, and the town square is a great place to hang out. The kids love riding their bikes around the campground, and the pool is always a heated and clean. I've been going to Pismo Coast Village since I was a kid (with my own parents), and now I enjoy taking my family here as well. It books up 6-months in advance during the summer, so plan ahead.

Very nice park, and the staff was extremely helpful. Minimal cell phone coverage (Verizon and AT&T), but strong Wi-Fi within the park. Note: Cash only, so plan ahead. Also, the directions given by Google Maps are wrong. Google Maps, Yahoo Maps, and MapQuest all show this address on the South side of Hwy 1. However, it's actually on the North side of Hwy 1, at the end of Tregoning Lane.

Nice park with good spaces and hookups, but the staff wasn't very friendly. It's a good place to stop over for a night on the way to somewhere else, but we won't stay here again for longer than that. Nothing "bad" about it, but nothing that made it stand out either. We had reservations for 3 nights, but left after 2 because we found a nicer place on one of our day trips in the toad.

We've driven past this park many times and finally stopped for a 3-night stay in Redding, CA. The hosts were wonderful, the spots are clean and level, and the campground has good mix of shade trees and open sky for your satellite dish. The views of the surrounding hills are great, and the landscaping is very pretty. We really enjoyed our stay here, and we'll definitely be back.
