An older but well maintained RV park. Very helpful staff. Wonderful rate. Very quiet.

This is a beautiful clean park on a hillside. Great views of the surrounding area. There was no one in the office when we arrived but there were specific instructions on the office window. We found a very level site. Cablevision was excellent as was the Wi-Fi. The sites are a bit tight but we will definitely return.

Very conveniently located close to the freeway but tucked away so not noisy. Close to several fast food restaurants, Starbucks and Safeway. Office staff friendly and efficient. Only complaint would be that the sites were pretty close together and there were lots of permanent residents.

DO NOT STAY HERE YET! I have given this park a "2" which is generous only because there is a new manager and she just started the day before. This park is a MESS. Garbage everywhere. The park is 90% permanent residents. Husband was actually asked whether he had any "smoke". We made the mistake of driving up to the top of the park to turn around and found about 50 "dead" rigs. Horrible mess. The park is gated, but I think you are less safe with the residents than you would be with others. Gate does not allow you to change your mind as it is right off the 101.

The park is very obviously a one night stop. We stayed two, but the park was mostly empty the next day. The park has lots of permanent/semi permanent residents, and it irks us that the quiet time rules don't seem to apply to them. Working person across from us started a huge diesel truck both mornings at 5:15 am.

It is a very clean, very convenient park with beautiful walking trails. So very quiet. It is a photographer's heaven. The sites are wide. Our only complaint is not their fault, no internet service on aircard and cell phone only on the beach. We will definitely make it a regular stop.

This park has it all. Beautiful big shady private sites. Wonderful friendly helpful staff. Laundry room A-1. Showers and washrooms spotless. The only problem is the Interstate. It's loud all the time. No difference in the middle of the night. It's not the park's fault. of course.

I cannot think of a negative thing to say about this park. Owned and operated by former full-timers and Escapees, it's perfect. I am an laundry freak and this park's laundry has everything. Great job.

I want to settle some things for your readers. There have been quite a few negative posters on this site. What their problem is I don't know, but something is wrong. We are full-time rv'er and have staying at 100's of places, this will be among our favorites. Several have mentioned the size of the sites. We saw a few that were on the small size but the management does their best to fill them last. Our site is just fine. Lots of hibiscus and oleander. And yes, you can definitely see the water. There is a common area at the very end of the park. The pool and the pizza were amazing.

This is a beautiful park! All spaces are huge. You feel like you have your own yard. Walking trails are excellent. Interpretive center even has an alligator you can pet. We were "stuck" here with an axle problem. Ha, stuck, what a better place. Make sure to do Paula Deen's and Mrs. Wilkes! Thanks y'all.

Although this is an older park, we love it. The spaces are large and well laid out. The office staff are very efficient and friendly. The laundry is very efficient and low cost. The best part is that the battlefields are across the road and my husband loves to walk our dog through history. The town is just down the road.

The park has everything. Sites are well laid out and all on grass. The office is in an old mill. This park has been operated by the family for five generations. The staff is helpful and friendly. The only criticism is the laundry. We had no problem because we were probably the only full-timers in the park. There is one washer and one dryer. The good part is that they are domestic appliances and very efficient and cost only $1.00 to wash and $2.00 to dry.

This little park has it all. Very clean, sites of all sizes. Very friendly family run business with lots of extras. Fish gutting table. Gazebo, lots of flowers. These people will go out of their way to meet every request.
