Small sites, not level. Fairly well maintained but deferred maintenance is apparent. No cable TV. Access road needs work. Friendly staff.

Friendly Staff. Seasonal Park shows wear and lack of repairs. Minimal amenities. Cable TV was a broken wire coming out of ground. Sewer had no cap and was covered by a rock. Site was level but small.

Full-time RVer for 20 years. Cleanest, friendliest KOA I have ever stayed at (and I have stayed at many throughout the country). Sure, this park has rules (what good RV park doesn't) but all rules are very reasonable (speed limit-10 MPH (children), dogs on leash, pick up after pet, etc.) I have a dog and I received a letter just like everyone else encouraging clean up. I was not insulted, why should I be, I was not the offending party! Dog owners should take responsibility for their actions and stop whining! Would stay here again for sure.
