Nice clean park, they have a ridiculous $5 dollar service charge if you arrive early. Cable TV was a totally useless with about 6 channels.

The park is clean and convenient to the interstate. The Wi-Fi worked OK. The owner was friendly and helpful. Large amount of full time campers, it very close to being a trailer park.

Good access to I-20 and casinos. The sites are small and very close together. A large number of the site are unlevel. The park is in need of updating. It is good for an overnight stay.

The price was right and the owner showed us site that were available. Very limited on 50 amp service, had to settle on 30 amp service. Wi-Fi is almost no service. Great pond and sunset view. Remote and a very long haul if you want go shopping or dining.

Great park, clean, nice, I would stay there again. The only short come on this park is limited walking area for pets.

Pricey for rock and sand parking. No grass, everything dusty and dirt. We stayed there for a trade day weekend.

We didn't like this park. First of all the The owner has an extreme rude attitude. Piles of wood, plumbing, junk all over the place. The wireless internet worked very poorly. Dirt lot park next to a mosquito infested bayou. We will not be returning there again!

Nice small park with local owner that was very friendly. It was a little close to the highway, but the noise was tolerable. Nothing fancy but very clean and well maintain place. We felt welcomed and at home. I would go back and highly recommend it to other RVers.

Good park, close to downtown San Antonio. Cement slabs with plenty of space, [double site] most of them are level. The single sites are very close to each other. We stay here for month on their monthly rate. We would stay there again, when we are back in the area.
