This place is filthy. Most sites are full-timers and people park all over the place. There was dog dropping all over my site (I had to clean it myself). The management was overly assertive and not at all helpful. The only positive was the easy access to Frisco and Plano. Hopefully we will never, never stay there again.

Always pleasant! About a mile off the interstate, always clean and always comfortable. Arizona evening are enjoyable here.
