Nice, clean, level park. Huge spaces. It is a young park so the trees are small. There is not a lot of shade. Located at the base of the mountains and really pretty. Would stay here again.

Big shady trees! Shadiest sites I've ever seen! Wide, level and lots of space. The grounds are very tidy. There is a pub on site! Cool! Drawbacks: There were a lot of bugs, dead and alive, in the johns and a lot of litter on the floors. The dumpsters were right out front of the sites in full view, overflowing and stinky. Detracted from the overall beauty of this park. Pool was clean and tidy. You can rent banana bikes at this park. We'd stay again.

Wi-Fi is spotty, at best, but mostly not available at all. Sites are narrow back-ins. Not much space to park your tow. Sites are not level, way off. We had to use wood to help. Because of the location and CA restrictions, etc., we were asked to limit our use of their bathrooms. Weird! Small community with good seafood restaurants and farmer's market and a great 2-hour pontoon boat tour of the bay for a reasonable price.

Sites are gravel but fairly level. Maneuvering a big RV is a little tight. There is a fence between each site for privacy. It's not far from the ocean so it was misty and chilly. Good proximity to great seafood restaurants on the water. We would stay again.

This is not much more than a glorified parking lot. Black top with painted lines between sites. Inches between your slides and your neighbors tow vehicle. Hot. No shade. Advantage: We were attending Hot August Nights Car Cruise In. The city is crowded, driving difficult, no place to park. We were a captive audience and this RV park is right across from the Peppermill where a lot of the activities were taking place. Walking distance. No parking issues. Great restaurants at the Peppermill.

This seems to be a little bit older park and so it is not necessarily friendly to the bigger rigs. They can fit but it's a little snug. It's clean and the sites are fairly level. There are tall beautiful pines everywhere. The KOA staff serves breakfast every morning for about 4 hours and you eat at picnic tables within the fenced "kitchen" area. It is a full breakfast including eggs, bacon, sausage, stacks of pancakes and so on. Really a nice park. We would stay here again, for sure.

We got a nice, shady spot, which was great in the July heat. Each site has a concrete patio and some have grass. The pool is small but clean. The park is very clean and the permanent residents in the park keep their sites very clean and organized. The manager is very friendly. We would stay here again, for sure!

We've stayed here three times. It's close to Nellis AFB where we go for the air show every year. Nice wide spots, almost level, but all gravel. The park is very secure with a security gate and keys to the bathrooms. The bathrooms are all knotty pine, sparkling clean and big. There is a restaurant associated with this park where you can use your coupon for a free drink and eat good food. The reason I didn't give it a perfect rating is that the sites are all gravel and the location in north Las Vegas makes it noisy with traffic, sirens and boy-racers on the boulevard during the night.

Nice wide pull-through sites. The people were incredibly nice and helped us with a few point issues with KOA. The also recommended a good place to eat and a hair salon and walked over to our RV to give us information. The pool is one of the nicest we have ever seen. Clean, refreshing with nice furniture and several water-jet waterfall things on a flat area on one end where you can sit and be splashed. Really nice. Would stay there again.

If you can't stay at a KOA, then the best place to stay is a campground that used to be a KOA. Like this one. The sites are clean and wide. The pool was clean and refreshing but the tables and chairs were a little worn out. The bathrooms were clean.
