We agree with the previous review. The park is very nice to look at, but falls very short in the details. We had to go out and buy additional lumber to be able to level our RV. We noticed several others with wheels off the ground in order to be level. The coach next to us had Hydro Hot. The sites were so narrow that I had to close our bedroom window because the fumes (and noise) from the Hydro Hot came right through the window. This is the highest price we have paid since we left home in May, but it is far from the best spot we have had. Even with a discount, and none are offered, this campground is too expensive for the experience provided.
This park is close to I-15 and Dillon. It has new, enthusiastic and friendly owners and very responsible workcampers. It was very clean and well cared for and had beautiful grass. The electricity was solid, good water pressure and there were two places where I could let the dog off leash to exercise. Satellite connections were easy. We will stay here again (tomorrow, actually).
This was an enjoyable park that takes PA. The roads are gravel and dusty, as are most in Montana where we have stayed. Site was level, solid electricity, no cable, 3 local stations, and satellite connection was easy. Staff was friendly and responsive. Nice walking path to a nearby resort and you can use the resort's pool and huge water slide if you want. We would stay here again.
This campground is conveniently located to West Glacier and the Going to the Sun Road. We had an easy in and out with our 40' motorhome. There is a fun trail down to the Flathead River. But, we were near the back of the park and had low voltage of about 113 throughout our visit. We think this was a serious problem because of the potential damage to all of our electrical items. Also, our wi-fi connection was spotty. We could not connect our satellites because of trees. The owner gave our friends a hard time about driving in too fast and raising dust - an unfriendly way to start off. This is a rules-oriented park, complete with a separate sheet of dog rules, which are just the usual rules. There are lots of No Pets signs around, too, but it is easy to walk your dog along the perimeter of the park. We would not stay here again.
