This is a great park, especially with a senior national park pass. You get half price rates, as this is a USACE site.

They were rebuilding a restroom, so the main restroom was very crowded.

Only drawback here is you can't get a site until you check in. You can't reserve a specific site. Some locals got here early and put a tent on a premium site to "hold" it and then brought in a giant 5th wheel at 10pm. They should not allow holding a place with a tent.

No handicap restroom facilities. No grab bar in any toilet stall. Campsites are very small with no privacy.
