We would have given this park a 10 except no internet reception at all was a big negative. We have a WiFi card and this is the only place we have gotten zero reception. If you don't need internet you will love it.

This park has many positives, with construction being a main negative. The noise could be a huge problem depending on where you are staying within the park. The big issue we encountered was entering and exiting with all of the work vehicles. It's the best value around, and easy to visit New Orleans.

We gave this park an 8 only because it is pricey, and we try and stay at less expensive places. It definitely has the amenities and upkeep to support the price but when traveling full time and keeping within a budget it keeps it at a short stay at best.

This is one of the best places we have stayed at and we will definitely return. The views, peacefulness and layout of the park are perfect.

The worst feature of this park is the drop in sewage connection. It causes a bit of a stink at times. Having plugs in all drains at all times are a must!
