We stayed here last summer for one week and it wasn't long enough. We returned this summer for 3 weeks and loved the entire stay. The people and and staff are very friendly. There is a pond in front of our motorhome, stocked with trout and the Red River is behind our RV. The ducks are precious and the deer come into the camp at night. I would recommend this park to anyone wanting cool weather in the summer and a fun place to stay. The only reason I didn't give it a 10 is because the wifi is iffy at best.
We spent 2 nights in Santa Fe and are not picky people. This was also the first time we had stayed at a KOA. In our opinion, this campground is way over priced for what it is ($51.00 per night). We requested and did receive a pull through, however it is nearly on top of your neighbor. There was no place outside our RV to sit because you needed a place to park your vehicle. If you are going for an extended stay, this is not the campground you want. I still cannot believe the price they charge.
This was the first time we stayed here and we stayed for 3 weeks. We were in site #77 (pull through), and it was perfect. Beautiful view of the river, where my husband fished for trout. We could sit in our chairs right outside our RV and enjoy the peace and tranquility the scenery offered. This is a very clean campground with a very friendly staff. The only reason I didn't give it a 10, is because the Wi-Fi was iffy at best. It worked most of the time on our laptop, but for my Kindle I had to go sit by the office to connect. Not really a big deal. I definitely recommend Pagosa Riverside.
