I hesitate to let the secret of this park's existence out, but we stay here a lot and like it a lot. It's old, but the sites are huge and it's being well-maintained. It has quite a few pull-throughs and is conveniently located to most parts of Fresno/Clovis you'd care to visit or need to visit. We've stayed here for several weeks at a time during the past 5 years and have never had a single incident even though the park is on a busy city street and in a commercial area. If not for the RV sign at the street entrance, you'd never know it was there. Rate is based on a weekly rate of $175. Rates for overnight or a couple days is a bit higher, but not much.

Well, we tried it again, but this is the last time. With no cable, no WI-FI, skinny roads, boulders to hit at site entrances, and a tree hanging over a road which was low enough to trash my fridge vent cover (our trailer roof is only 10 feet off the road), this place is just not worth the hassle. Staff seemed bothered by having to stop whatever she was doing to check us in and wasn't very welcoming. She was, however, very efficient in handing us four (4) pages of printed instructions and no-no's. It was Easter Sunday, so I can understand someone being inclined to be somewhere else, but being a holiday, no discounts were given no matter how many organizations you're a member of. Park had a lot of empty spots by nightfall. Caveat Emptor!

Section of park dedicated for overnighters was nice and well laid out. Location of utility pillar required some "creative" parking if you have a slide-out you want to extend and for your power cord to reach. Staff was very informative and provided a full page of pool rules and another full page of Wi-Fi info which contained everything except the name of their connection which is actually "office 5139" which leads you to Tengo I, the actual Wi-Fi provider. One activity you can enjoy is counting the number of trains which pass directly along the north side of the overnighter area. I lost count somewhere around 40. Although the trains were noisy, we still got a good night's sleep. Rate shown was after discounts for memberships.

We've stayed here many times the last several years and staff has always been polite, friendly, and just plain nice to be around. Sites are level, well maintained, and pull-through's will handle the biggest rigs. Plenty of shade and everything works! You can get propane tanks picked up, refilled, and delivered and the office stocks a good selection of RV parts and consumables. You can pay a lot more but you can't get more than you will at this place.

We've been staying in this park for several years when we pass through Fresno. It's come a long way recently with new owner. Nothing fancy but it's got good sized spaces, easy access, and a very convenient location. Rate shown was daily rate based on a week-long stay. Overnight rate is $30 which is still a good deal these days. Cable TV selection is kind of limited so we used our satellite except for local channels. Wi-Fi was fair to good, but had a few problems sometimes.

Very nice park but overpriced. No cable TV so bring your own satellite. Wi-Fi seldom worked even though we were parked close to an antenna and had clear line of sight. Golf course is grossly overpriced and the driving range was under several feet of water. Staff was friendly. If you take a spot in the new area, beware the big rocks some twit has placed at all four corners of the pad. Turn too sharp and they'll hole your rig like the iceberg that got the Titanic.
