We will be back for Winter stay. Great quiet park 12 miles from the Gulf of Mexico. NOTE; WEBSITE IS DOWN RIGHT NOW AND EMAILS CAN BE SENT TO: maat2@live.com $275 a month for 6 month Winter Rentals plus electric.

We spent the winter here. 12 miles from Gulf, close to shopping, dining, medical facilities, what a clean and friendly park. Great amenities and get together. We are going back for this winter. Warm sunny days, you can wash your rig, concrete patio and pad, grassed lot are BEAUTIFUL.

OK Campground. Typical KOA. Can't use a mat under your awning even though the ground was half mud. $1.00 a day extra charge for cable. There is no TV reception. I will try something else when in the area next time.
