Very quiet and picturesque with fields and ponds stocked for catch and release. Maintained well, helpful staff and gated. GPS sends you on a gravel road but there is a paved way to go from Thompson square. Will stay for the season summer 2012.

Nice park but highway noise from Rte 301. Management is very difficult and rude. Tenants have told horror stories. They sway pet friendly, but only if they like your pet!! Will not stay again until new management arrives.

Quiet rural location. Beautiful grounds with ponds and fields. Owners here for over 40 years but still kind and flexible. $550 monthly and low cost Wi-Fi, gated, shaded and sun locations. Not all locations have sewer. Really like the owners/staff.

Management is rude to seniors and inept at repairs. They like to play favorites. Nice park, but it need new chiefs!!

Entrance not well marked and must register at Days Inn front desk. STEEP WINDING NARROW park roads. Not level pull throughs and no cable. Asked for satellite friendly spot-- nope. Skip this stop, should not be a KOA.

This is a nice park with good people.There are adult and child pools. The rear is open camping and very good for groups.
