This KOA is very well maintained. All sites have a grill, and picnic bench & on site play/game room. Staff is very helpful. Location is a great spot for getting the real feel of Santa Fe. Also, very close to great restaurants, and easy access to I-25 and Santa Fe Plaza area. Cleanest bathrooms I have seen in any KOA. All amenities work. Don't miss this one if going to Santa Fe. They even put up with us while looking/calling for our lost cat.

Wrote a great review about this park during last years visit. Since then the park has improved even more. Again, all sites are level, paved, all sites have picnic tables & plenty of stone/gravel. This is BY FAR the best RV park in NM, and we traveled every one of them! Very well maintained. Don't miss this one during any events in the ABQ. area. Close proximity to 1-25, shopping, restaurants, including large new Wal-Mart. All park facilities are spotless, and working! Some minor state road construction, but outside the park and not an issue for access. This is a quiet park with very helpful staff.

Although this park could be much better, it has NOT had ANY maintenance with gravel and grassy areas most likely since it was built. As a result, this is a big dust bowl! Again, could be much better if they would spring for gravel.

This park has it all! Location, close to 1-25, Wal-Mart, casino, restaurants, groceries, etc. Extremely clean and well maintained. Level, and maintained lots. Owner/manager on site and very helpful. This is a routine stop for us when in Albuquerque area.

This park is a hidden gem! Close to most everything, including state park, etc. People are helpful and friendly. Sites, albeit close, are level with fresh gravel. Highly recommend.

Don't look beyond location & you will not be disappointed. The lots in this park are NOT maintained. Would not return.

Stayed for 2 weeks. Park is clean. Pool and spa worked and was heated. Before arrival, know what site you want and the price. They vary. Also read ALL rules and regs! 2 weeks and I was reprimanded 3 times! For silly things, like trash on wrong side of coach, toad parked incorrectly. The water hose to clean mats prompted, "Your not washing your RV are you?" So be knowledgeable of the rules. And still be prepared for some wrath. Others had this issue too.

Didn't have reservation the first weekend of the balloon fiesta. Stopped in to inquire if any cancellations. The GM was over the top to help us. He is/was a pleasant/welcoming surprise. Although busy, we were treated like the only customers he had! The site was a view lot looking directly at the mountain. This Park/Resort is within walking distance to Grocery Stores, & some restaurants. All within 1 mile of everything you would need, including casinos. In our opinion, the place to be right off I-25 just north of ABQ!

Currently @ this park on route to Sedona. Love it! People are great, site is close to 1-17 reasonable price. Would recommend site #50.
