This was a very nice, clean RV park that was near beaches in Dunedin. Sites were level pull-through and paved. I had a little problem with satellite reception because of trees, which was not a park problem, just my location. We spent 2 nights there because we had friends in the area that we visited. This campground is part of passport America, so we got 50% off, which was a good deal. We would definitely return here.

Very friendly staff. Very helpful with directing us to the places that must be seen on the Outer Banks. We had a shady site with a large grassy area for our use. While the location of the campground is not "on the beach", it is conveniently located and allowed us to tour the Outer Banks in both directions. We spent 4 nights and enjoyed our stay, as this was our first visit to the Outer Banks. We would come back here.

I found the owner to be rude and inhospitable throughout my whole dealing with this campground, starting with the first phone call made to find out information on site availability. I would not stay here again.

The owners were very warm and friendly people. They could not have been more helpful. The campground was clean. The pool was was heated and maintained very well. We had a problem with our windsheild popping out and they were very helpful in finding us a glass repair service that came to the campground. This required an extra night's stay, which we enjoyed spending here.
