Our site was combination of sand and some grass. Over priced for the quality of the park. Good WiFi and cable.

This was like parking in a gravel pit. The sites were very close and difficult to get into or out of. We waited until the folks around us were gone. I'm not sure I could have gotten out with our rig (45 ft). The no-see-ums will eat you alive. They can make it through your screens so close your windows and use the A/C. The weekend we left after the rally the price went up to $90+.

This is an old, old park. Very tight to get into and out of. Over priced with few amenities. No WiFi or cable. At least the roads were paved. Our site was grass.

Being on Hilton Head during this time of year means a whole lot of tree pollen. The tree leaves, branches and pollen made our roof a total disaster. I had to go up and remove all the debris as well as wash the roof and coach. Access is very tight for big rigs. The staff was a bit unorganized when we got there, but friendly and overall helpful. The location for things was very good.

This is a sand road and lot park. With the traffic we couldn't even think about opening a window. There was no cable and there were too many trees to put up our dish. Over priced for the conditions.

Paved interior roads with gravel sites. The access to DC is good and takes travel time with the bus and metro about 45-55 minutes one way. WiFi was useable in the mornings, but generally not at night. The price is a bit high, but they have the only game in town.

The site we were on was level and open from trees for the most part for travel to our site and our dish. The roads were gravel, but the traffic was minimal. The place was worth the price. Travel to Charlottesville was about 15-20 minutes.

This is an over priced park for the quality. Roads are not paved and we had to drive to the very back of the park on a dusty gravel road. There are very few level sites if you have a larger coach. My rig and car was clean before I drove in and now looks like it hasn't been washed in months. This is rated 5 stars in Woodall's and to me it would be a 1 or 2 star. The only plus is it does have Wi-Fi that seems to work.

The park is very nice and well managed. The facilities are exceptional. Paved roads, gravel spots with cement pads along side. Many activities for families.

Nice park, just not accessible for large motorcoaches. The tree limbs and branches make it more than a challenge to get into and out of the park or RV section. The folks who run the place are very friendly and accommodating, but they just will not trim trees for folks to get through. I had to cut limbs for about an hour to get into the space where we were assigned. Even the road coming in and out I had to drive off the roadway on the grass to clear limbs to avoid doing damage. I called ahead to check on tree clearance, but it didn't help.

The park is poorly maintained! It is difficult to get into and out of with a big rig due to tree limbs. I had to back out of the second spot to prevent damage to my coach. Spots are crammed close together. I complained of the trees upon entry but nothing was ever done. Most people appear to be permanent residents. I would likely not stay here again.

The initial appearance included great landscaping, beautiful entry, concrete drive and pad sold us on this being an exceptional RV park. We were right when we went inside to check in. Everyone was exceptionally nice and the grounds were well taken care of. I wish I could find places like this all the time. They take pride in there facility. It would be great for a small rally.

When I arrived at the driveway I was surprised to find the trees were so low I was not able to drive in unless I was willing to do damage to my motorcoach. I stopped and called to find out if there was another way into the RV park and was told there was not. I had previously asked if the park was "Big Rig Friendly" and was told it was. The person in the office was indifferent and told me others drove through the branches. I told her I was not going to do damage to my coach because they were uncaring enough to not clear the limbs and branches.
